Didn't use hot tub, swimming pool and gym but they looks perfect. Convenient location. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

Couldn't be happier. We're montrealers, who we're looking for a swim to break up the winter for our girls. We locked in 2 nights for 334$ tax included. The room was HUGE, clean, and well set up. My only gripe would be it was inadequately lit. Worth a visit !!

The room was in excellent condition with new and well-kept items! The location is great and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. It is close with everything downtown, Mount Royal and just near University of McGill. Can’t wait to go back again!

Good location to walk to McGill University. Dungeon walk. Chinatown is also walkable.

We really enjoyed our stay; it was quiet and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only wish was that the pool water had been cleaner.

Positive overall, great area in walking distance to everything. Despite saying "parking included" it's a $35 charge.

Great location, very close to McGill university. Staff w is attentive and friendly. Rooms are newly renovated and spacious. Haven’t tried the hotel restaurant as it seems very expensive.

Arrived at hotel at 11:02pm. Main doors are locked at 11pm. There is a phone to call front desk and you can see the front desk from the doors which were staffed with 3 people. Took over 15 min for 1 of them to finally buzz me in??? Hotel charges $42 per night for underground parking. Had to wait over 45 min for vehicles to move before I could even enter parking garage. It took of 90min to finally get to my room after I arrived at the hotel and there was no one else there checking in or people period. Customer service was a joke. Never again
