"The room is a suite with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, pots and pans and other cooking utensils. You can make some simple meals yourself and save some silver. I especially like his large balcony, where you can see the hotel's pool and the sea. Take a glass of red wine and lie on the balcony to watch the sunset, beautiful!"

"Definitely opt for the overwater bungalows. The beach bungalows with private pools were a little worn down. The main pool was closed due to renovations and it was not supposed to be. The renovations were supposed to have been completed before our stay. That was a bummer and all they did was give us a $50 credit.
The lagoon and house reef is spectacular and so full of fish. All not motorized activities including kayaking and SUP are included. Very good buffet breakfast. The service was 3 star definitely not 5 star service. An absolutely fantastic location and go to happy hour for sunset."
"I loved my stay at the Fare Maheata! I sleeped in the bedroom which is very warm. The bed is very comfortable. A shower handkerchief is provided which is very practical. The hotel has a very beautiful view of the lago and a private beach. The hotel is very well located, close to a public beach and the Opunohu Bay where you can make snorkeling to see haavens, raies and tortues! I recommend 100% and I'll come back here if I come back to Moorea !"
"It's a piece of paradise, unbelievable service, every person who works there is helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you feel at home .. definitely recommend staying there. You can snorkel right there - the bungalos are on the edge of a small coral riff"
"We had a very nice “luxury overwater bungalow” which was in good shape. The lagoon was a dream, you can directly enter from you terrasse and have plenty of fishes in the coral guarden. Yet we heard many complaints from other guests about the “superior overwAter bungalows” which seemed in not good shape.
Service felt like non-existing, especially as we were in StRegis Bora Bora before. As we and some others were arriving early, they parked us in the lobby area for several hours and also after several reminders did not manage to fill up coffee and water. (This Time could also be used to show people the Ressort or bring them to lunch as other hotels in this price area manage to do).
Breakfast was decent, but again very bad and slow service (with the only highlight being the customer crazy guy preparing your eggs and pancakes, sorry forgot his name he made my day). Getting your coffee or tea might take ages, sometimes not coming at all. They also took ages to remove used plates from tables, resulting in bird invasion everywhere.
Dinner was mediocre at best.
-no gym
-wireless is very bad and slow everywhere
Conclusion: lagoon is very beautiful, but overall experience in the hotel does by far not match the price level. They have to step up a lot!"
"The stay was very comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and not far from the city, the breakfast was rich. It is also convenient to the surrounding attractions and the hotel can also park for free. It's relatively clean."

Amazing
GGermanTravelerLocation is one of the best in Moorea for sunset and locals.
Keep in mind that you should have a scooter or car to get to NIU!
Taxi is too far and too expensive. There is a scooter rental 5min away.
NIU super new. You can hear the ocean at night if you want. Supreme!
The check in was lovely … the receptionist was lovely and friendly. The female manager a bit snobby (sorry to say).
Try the „poisson cru“ at „O2“ restaurant near by
