"Service is very good, machine check-in and check-out, machine has Chinese, breakfast is buffet on the first floor at 6:30, you need to clean up yourself, 3 minutes walk from Shougu Station, there is a supermarket next to the station"
"- I think the service is very good, there are English reception staff available to assist at any time
- Right next to the station, dragging your luggage to the hotel is no problem.
- The room lighting is a bit inadequate but still within acceptable range
- I think there's enough space."
"I have booked many times and I am very happy every time.

"This was our first completely Japanese-style hotel. It may seem unusual for those who are used to standard hotel rooms, but you will quickly feel the charm of this place. Stop here to experience a true ryokan aimed at locals rather than foreign tourists. Hospitality, cordiality, excellent service, phenomenal dinner and breakfast (ordered separately - order in advance and you will not regret it) will leave an indelibly wonderful feeling from the accommodation, which at first glance may seem rustic, but this is deceptive. We had slightly special circumstances, but the owners met us halfway in everything and did everything to make us as comfortable as possible."
"The hotel was convenient near the station.
Good response to front desk and service
I was able to spend 3 consecutive nights comfortably.
The hotel is recommended.
But し, トリップの, の amount is determined when the appointment is made と
The amount of direct payment is different at the hotel
I don't think I'll use the trip in the future.
The amount paid at the hotel is more than the amount of advance reservation confirmation
I paid 2600 yen high, but I didn't solve the problem.
If you're on a trip and you're ready to pay, you're fine.
I think, but be careful if the payment method is paid locally at the hotel.
The amount of payment may change.
There's a problem with the trip system."
"This restaurant is next to Kashiwanoha Park - not the one next to Lalaport. Don't go wrong when you come. The hotel has many measures to cooperate with the cancer center of the hospital next to it. The side dishes are cut into easy-to-eat sizes and they are considerate of cancer patients everywhere. It is a very special experience.
It's very dark at night. There are almost no shops and restaurants near Kashiwa No Ha Park. It is recommended to check in after eating."
"A very clean, urban hotel.
The room was just as good as the photos online.
There was a large public bath, so we were able to relax and the facilities were well-cleaned, making for a pleasant stay.
We booked breakfast included, and although there weren't many items on the menu, there was just the right amount, and food was constantly replenished, so we were very satisfied.
We went by car, and the parking lot was a bit far away so we nearly got lost. However, the price was surprisingly cheap, which was a relief.
Overall, we thought it was a very good hotel."
"We booked two rooms, one for my husband and I, and one for our son. The children are older and cannot sleep together. The bed in the king-size bed room is only about 1.5 meters, and the bed in the twin bed room is only 1.1 meters. It is a bit difficult for two adults to sleep on one bed. The only regret is that this room does not have a triple bed."
"He upgraded from single to twin.
The rooms are clean and well equipped with amenities.
It would be nice to have a large communal bath.
I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
It's a pity that breakfast is no longer available at the buffet due to the influence of Corona."
"The hotel's response is very good, but the izakaya in 1F was the worst. I went to eat after taking a bath in the large communal bath, so I didn't have a smartphone and asked for an oral order and asked for approval. The next 々 meal came out for the customers who came later than me, but I waited for more than 30 minutes and no dish came out. After drinking two glasses of draft beer, other customers returned, so I thought it would be about to come out, but there was no sign that it would come out at all, so I canceled my meal and returned to my room. I felt very bad."
