Приехали в отель поздно вечером, и нас заселили в два нормера, оба из которых не соответствовали заявленному варианту, а конкретно был указан «вид на горы», а нас заселили в номера с видом во двор-колодец.
В этом пятизвездочном отеле ни в одном из туалетов нет гигиенического душа.

房間面積大，床較大，位置很好，在新Arbat街上，離lotte hotel（可以兑換RUB）特近，離莫斯科河對岸的原烏克蘭大酒店（現Radisson hotel）步行10min（下面有陽光中餐廳），離充滿好吃飯店、有藝術展的步行街老Arbat街也不遠，通過老街走到另一頭，再走走就到紅場了；出口往右沿着莫斯科河走走幾公里就到expocenter會展中心，去哪裡都很方便。
房間乾淨整潔，每日打掃衞生仔細。
有很多掛衣架，有電熱烘乾架洗衣服可幹，有膠囊咖啡機，有mini bar，有沙發。
無USB插線口，無梳子，要自帶轉換器。
有拖鞋和洗漱用品。
房間內燈光比較暗，其他都可以。
進門邊的咖啡廳價格合適，不在酒店訂早餐的可來此買早餐，一個墨西哥卷大概350RUB,價格適中。
早餐品種不豐富，基本的porriage，煮蛋，煎蛋，咖啡，麪包，水果，烤茄子等還是有的，一百多人民幣一個人。
前台服務可，可幫郵寄快遞。

價格放在那裡，便宜呀，也就這樣的水準了，臨時過渡的，床那就是垃圾，衞生也不是很到位，為什麼床會那麼小，床墊是那麼垃圾。

房間蠻大，去紅場走路25分鐘。酒店的幾家餐廳貴又不好吃，就是個坑。都衹能用現金，不可以用卡，出發前都需要提前換好現金
