"Very perfect experience, the staff who accompanied the tour were very kind, and one person could speak Chinese. The tour starts at 5:30 pm to end at 10 pm, and ends at 7 am to 9:30 the next morning. The itinerary is compact, and it is in the time period that has not yet been opened to the outside world. It feels that the zoo is private. Although the accommodation environment is a tent, it is simple but not simple, and it is very convenient to wash and bath."

"Staff and rooms were great. Extra tours like the sanctuary tour and night zoo tours were excellent. Staying 3 nights tho and the same food every morning was a but much but for an oriental person, suggest to include rice in the daily selection"
"Every thing was good except we have to park on the street as our vehicle (which is an average 4 wheel drive mazda with roof rack would probably not fit into the VERY LOW garage"
"A small private hotel in a white area, check out time at 10 o'clock, a bit regrettable. It takes a few minutes to walk to the pier. You can only take a ferry if you don’t have a car. It runs every hour at night. Opposite is City, convenient. There are no restaurants nearby. Some details in the room are not hygienic, which is a failure. Everything else is good. The owner should be a westerner, check in basically requires English information contact, self-service key picking, and there is no receptionist. This is an Australian characteristic."
"We were at the Sydney Harbour National Park and went to the hotel. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic when we checked in. We told us how to go to restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but they got off work at 7 pm and used it after going out. The key opens the door. The door locks, switches and window styles in the room are very retro, the public bathroom is very clean and has no odor, and it can also be bathed inside. Although there are many other guests in the building, the room is soundproof. Foreign hotels generally do not charge a deposit. Since we had to catch the plane on the second day, we got up at 4 in the morning and put the key in the staff window when we left the store."
"The room is ok, we are the hotel at 8 o'clock in the evening. But there was no one at the front desk, only the envelope was left, and there was an introduction to our keys and a room. Had to press the call, the voice of an old man, can not tell the words, exchanged for a long time and finally successfully checked in. Wi-Fi is not free, it’s horrible. Fortunately, I have my own portable Wi-Fi. There is still time to take a taxi to see the light show of the opera house. Take a taxi to the opera house and it will look like a dozen Australian dollars."
"I had a delightful stay at this hotel – truly a wonderful place. The unlimited bread and tea offered a comforting touch to my experience. The service was exceptionally nice, making my stay memorable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The bathroom amenities, including good shampoo and conditioner, added to the overall positive impression. Lastly, the hotel’s strategic location near a bus stop made it convenient for travel. Highly recommended!"
"Pros:
-Breakfast had a nice touch with the DIY juice station.
-Room was clean and functional.
Cons:
-The room entrance was narrow and inconvenient due to luggage and hanger placement.
-No slippers provided.
-Staff did not ask about membership or offer much information during check-in.
-Coffee at breakfast was not included and required an extra fee.
Overall:
A very average stay. The hotel claims to have been renovated, but the improvements didn’t stand out. Service was minimal and lacked attention to detail."
