My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

This summer, I took my daughter to stay at the Dream Castle parent-child room at Yunxi Yasu, and choosing this accommodation for our Nanjing family trip really saved us a lot of hassle. The guesthouse's location is super convenient, making it easy to get to Hongshan Zoo, Xuanwu Lake, and Maya Water Park without long commutes, which is a big plus when traveling with kids. The room has just the right touch of childlike charm, with pink bow pillows, dessert-themed artwork, and a gentle, cute vibe. It even comes with a DIY dessert station, a complete set of children's makeup toys, and various plush dolls. My daughter was completely immersed the moment we walked in, playing quietly all afternoon. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options; my daughter was thrilled to find Cha Yan Yue Se (a popular tea shop), and local specialties like Jiming soup dumplings and duck blood vermicelli soup are just downstairs. The overall setup is clean and thoughtful, perfectly catering to a little girl's preferences. It's highly recommended for families with young daughters who want both convenience and comfort on their travels.

😃😃❤️👍STRONGLY RECOMMENDED !!! Opening the doors to the balcony, the marvelous scenery leaps into my sights. The golf court has rows of trees on both sides and a little path in front of it,leading the way to the woods. Looking up,the Zijin Mountain⛰️catches my eyes. The mists like marshmallows surrounding the peaks which are in the shade of bluish black, making the views more mysterious and sacred. The drizzling rain🌧️ outside also adds a clean and refreshing atmosphere, which chases all the tiredness away, and lets me forget all the worries. Tis just like a paradise, away from the hustle and SOOOO AWESOME to be here~~🥰🥰🥰with besties💗

We've stayed at several hotels across China, and I can honestly say Nanjing International Conference Hotel has the best service. Shout out to their entire team! Even before we arrived, the service was outstanding. I booked a few weeks in advance and left a note asking if they could provide a cake and candle for my son's birthday – and to let me know if not, so I could buy one before checking in. Right after the booking was confirmed, a staff member called me personally to let me know they would prepare the cake. Such a thoughtful touch! During our stay, we unfortunately missed their shuttle and needed to catch a train to Shanghai at 2pm. I spoke to a man and a woman at the lobby around 12:30pm on April 19 (apologies, I was in a rush and can't remember their names). The woman was incredibly helpful – she made one phone call, and within minutes a car and driver picked us up right from the lobby. They truly went above and beyond. The hotel location is also a big plus – just a short walk from Wutong Street. If you want to take photos of this scenic area before the crowds arrive, this is the best place to stay. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, and the rooms were clean. Highly recommended!

I was surprised at how big, spacious, and well-designed our room was. I love that the bath and toilets were separate and the toilet has a smart function. Furthermore, they were also arranged separately from the hot springs tub in the room. The pool itself was big enough for the two of us, which wasn't evident in the hotel photos when I booked. The buttons for the hot and cold water were timed, which means that I can leave them running while I prepare to soak. There's a huge waterproof sofa next to the tub, which makes for a convenient place for putting things like food, towels, bath robes or phones. The only thing they missed was offering free tea to guests. I forgot to pack one so we went out to buy some. Outside, though, was empty and quiet, but the hotel was just 500 m away from the metro, so we went. The Chinese breakfast was abundant and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly we hardly we hardly can speak good Chinese. We want to come back here again.

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Especially the hot springs, the water is clear and the temperature is suitable. Soaking in it seems to wash away all fatigue and troubles. The service of the hotel is also very thoughtful, and the staff is warm and friendly, providing us with thoughtful service. Here, we can not only enjoy a comfortable accommodation experience, but also taste a variety of delicacies to meet the needs of taste buds. In general, Ziqing Lake Hot Spring Resort Hotel is a perfect resort, whether it is a family trip, a couple's date or a gathering of friends, it can meet your needs. If you are looking for a good place to relax and enjoy life, you might as well come here and have a look! Special praise for my trip housekeeper Miss Wu Meiyu, who is very patient and answers all questions. It's a pity that I didn't see the real person. I will come again next time if I have the chance

The hygiene was good, quite clean, but the facilities are a bit old. I booked a package that included two nights in a standard room + breakfast, and a complimentary afternoon tea. The afternoon tea area was crowded, and we couldn't get a window seat. There weren't enough staff, so we waited for quite a while. The room size was decent, but there was only one chaise longue and one chair at the desk. The coffee table was very small and squeezed between the chaise longue and the chair, making it feel cramped and not very comfortable. There was a bathtub, but the toilet wasn't smart and the flush power was weak. Probably because it was a package deal, there was no mini-bar. Other than the bathroom, there were no tissues near the bed, desk, or mini-bar area. In summary, the hardware facilities are old and a bit stingy, but the staff service was quite good. It's very close to Xuanwu Lake, about a 10-minute walk. You can use the subway underpass to avoid the sun. There's a shopping mall under the hotel, making dining very convenient.

This sisters' getaway was a great choice! The hotel's environment is exceptional from the moment you step in, with beautiful greenery and scenery perfect for a leisurely stroll. The service details truly impressed me; from check-in to daily requests, the staff were all excellent and polite. The shuttle bus driver was also very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were in good condition. We had a pleasant stay throughout our trip. Five-star rating!

This hotel offers the best value for money in the Jiangbei area. The room rates are excellent, and the downstairs Hongyue City mall makes shopping, parking, and dining incredibly convenient. I primarily choose this hotel because of its proximity to the school. I've stayed here for all my mock exams and the Gaokao (college entrance exam) during my final year of high school. The desk and lighting in the family room are perfect for students to study. The soundproofing is a bit lacking, but it's generally not an issue as most bookings during exam periods are from students.
