Before I left, I saw a lot of homestays on the platform. I was a family of 4, and I took the children out. The focus was on living clean and close to the beach. The children wanted to play in the sand. I finally chose this one. The boss and the proprietress are very good people. They cut us watermelon as soon as they arrived. The proprietress cooks delicious food. The breakfast is cooked at home. I especially like to eat that small fish dried. The first time I lived in the stone room on the top of the village, I was very comfortable, I slept very comfortably, and the scenery was good. There are several electric cars in the house that can be used for free. I like to ride to Beibei Beach (I really don’t want to go on the road). I found a lot of beautiful shells in Beibei Beach. There is also a dog called Xiaobai at home. We will also send us to Beibei Beach. It is really cute.

The three bedrooms are spacious, each with a separate bathroom, and the privacy is excellent. The bedding and bathroom facilities are comfortable. There is a professional billiard table on the basement floor of the villa. The leisure area is oversized. The location of the villa is also very good. It takes ten minutes to walk to Jiefangbei. It is super convenient!

The navigation was accurate, and there were parking spaces right outside, making it convenient for those driving. Parking was limited, but the owner would arrange everything. The guesthouse is run by two brothers, so you'll see two names in one courtyard – don't be mistaken! The guesthouse was clean. I hadn't noticed beforehand that my room had a shared bathroom; I only realized it when I arrived. Because the guesthouse wasn't full, the owner readily helped me change rooms, so you should carefully check the room description. Everything else was great. Breakfast was simple: congee, soy milk, fried dough sticks, and side dishes – simple but filling. There weren't many restaurants in the village, in my opinion, so if you want something better, go to a more bustling area. It's convenient by car or electric scooter. When I visited, there was a bioluminescent plankton phenomenon at Baiquan Mountain. The guesthouse is only two kilometers from Guanjiang Village.

The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience. Amenities & Dining ☕️ The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious! Bottom Line: Despite a few minor cosmetic quirks, it’s a wonderful place with a great soul. Embrace the coastal character, enjoy the amazing hospitality, and have a great time! I took my child out during the Spring Festival break; this was the second stop on our road trip. The address was clear, parking was convenient, and there were two charging stations at the entrance, presumably for slow charging, but I didn't try them out and am not entirely sure. The room was as pictured, and the cleanliness was much better than other guesthouses in Xiapu. The environment was nice, located in the middle of various popular attractions. During the nights we stayed, the weather changed drastically with strong winds and heavy rain, so we couldn't sit in the mini courtyard that came with the room. On a sunny day, it would be nice to have a tea party and admire the moon. The room was indeed quite small, with no extra space, mainly because there wasn't enough room to unfold our suitcases. After showering, the whole room was quite humid, and we kept the exhaust fan running, but it was too noisy to keep it on while sleeping. There were no windows, and leaving the courtyard gate open seemed inappropriate, as there was construction going on next door. The room was located under the stairs, and people started using the washing machine around 6 AM, which was very noisy. I suggest moving the washing machine to a different location. Some guests were constantly going up and down the stairs; were they trying to wear down the stairs? It was like an earthquake, which was very annoying. Then, the sink faucet in the room seemed a bit too high, causing water to splash. The young landlady, though I didn't have much direct contact with her, seemed quite approachable through WeChat, answering all my questions and proactively offering recommendations for various activities and restaurants. The fact that they deliver food to the accommodation was a nice touch. Another highlight was the walk to the beach; despite the strong winds and heavy rain those days, it didn't stop us from going to the beach to stroll on the sand. At low tide, you can collect seashells, but since there's no mudflat, we couldn't go beachcombing. The road in front could be improved; adding an asphalt path would greatly enhance the experience 😂 I've rambled on a bit, but this is my honest impression!

My hotel stay this time was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; check-in was super fast, and they thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel facilities and interesting places nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a great layout and excellent natural light. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of both Western and Chinese options, and everything tasted great. The freshly baked bread smelled amazing, and the noodles made to order were smooth and delicious. The gym was well-equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, and everything else I needed for my daily workout. The swimming pool water was crystal clear, and a few laps there were incredibly refreshing. The service was top-notch; whether it was the cleaning staff or employees I met in the elevator, everyone greeted me warmly, and any requests were promptly addressed. This stay was simply perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

It was difficult because of the language barrier, but thank you for helping me in real time through WeChat. The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient. It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. I regret not seeing Blue Tears this time. I will visit again next time I have the chance. Thank you.

It was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

I was deeply impressed by Quexi B&B. First of all, the rooms in the B&B are warm and comfortable, with complete facilities, especially the comfort of the beds, which made me very satisfied. The view from the window is really great. You can sit on the bed and watch the sunset. Unfortunately, it was cloudy these two days. The B&B is located in Beiwang, between Jingsha and Changjiangao, which is just right for us. It is also close to the beach and you can go to the beach in less than ten minutes by riding an electric scooter. The room was clean and consistent with the pictures provided. The boss is very nice and gave us a lot of travel suggestions. Pingtan beach is beautiful, the homestay is also beautiful, the boss has a cat, I will definitely come again next time:)
