Anonymous UserPros:
1. The hotel's natural environment is excellent, offering sightings of incredibly rare protected animals. They also provide a free wildlife tour, which I highly recommend. It's a fantastic experience to simply walk around the hotel and spot monkeys foraging.
2. The service is outstanding. The hotel staff are attentive and very considerate of guests. The welcome drink was delicious. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and I received a room upgrade with a great view and a spacious layout.
3. The slippers were very comfortable. The breakfast tableware was exquisite.
Cons for me:
1. The claim of being the 'most beautiful Intercontinental' is an exaggeration. Some areas even felt [as pictured], though I suppose one could call it 'unique.' Personally, I found it gaudy.
2. I strongly recommend including executive lounge access. If you arrive early, since there's no air conditioning in the public areas, the only cool indoor space to relax is the executive lounge. Otherwise, you're stuck waiting in the hotel lobby, and elderly guests and children need to be careful to avoid heatstroke.
3. The breakfast was delicious, and the fruit quality was high. However, it's baffling why the other restaurants were so bad. After reading reviews that even the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant wasn't great, I booked a package that included dinner. I paid extra to change the dishes, but they were still terrible. It was arguably the worst meal I had in Vietnam.
4. Although the hotel was uncrowded and had a good environment, the beach quality was very average, and the loungers by the sea started closing down every day at 6 PM.
In summary, I think this Intercontinental is worth staying at, but don't go in with exceptionally high expectations.

Denni SimThe service was excellent, and the hotel is in a great location near the Dragon Bridge. Once the weekend show finished, I could easily walk right back to my room. A huge plus was that the room was equipped with international power sockets! Breakfast was decent, and the area felt very safe at night.Visiting Con Market was also incredibly convenient—just a quick Grab ride that took less than 10 minutes. On top of that, there was a lovely coffee house just a few steps away from the hotel. It served a great, strong local coffee in a relaxing environment that really made me feel like a local. Highly recommended!

Guest UserWe had a fantastic stay at Cozy Savvy Hoi An and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
We booked a connecting family room, and on arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were really comfortable, there was plenty of space for our family, and the bathroom was lovely with both a separate shower and a large bathtub.
The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Every single person we met – reception, restaurant staff, bartenders and housekeeping – was genuinely warm, friendly and always happy to help. A special thank you to Emma, Nancy and Hanna on reception, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They always took the time to chat with our four-year-old daughter, which made her feel really special and was such a lovely personal touch.
The location was perfect for us. It’s around a 10-minute walk into Hoi An Ancient Town, which meant we were close enough to enjoy everything the town has to offer but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We slept really well every evening.
Breakfast offered plenty of choice. We particularly loved the fresh baguettes (which we filled with bacon most mornings!), along with the croissants, pastries, muffins, cereals and fresh fruit. There was also a good selection of salads and vegetables, an egg station where eggs were cooked to order, and plenty of Asian options such as rice and teriyaki chicken. There was something for everyone.
We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable compared with many of the restaurants nearby.
Overall, this hotel struck the perfect balance between comfort, location and outstanding service. If you’re happy with a short walk into the Old Town in exchange for a peaceful night’s sleep, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Thank you to everyone at Cozy Savvy for making our visit so enjoyable—we hope to return one day!

SissyCCCyuFamily trip during summer holiday | This time we chose Da Nang, Vietnam.
Didn't do much research, just picked Voco Ma Belle like a lucky dip, and being an IHG property, I had some trust in it.
The breakfast was excellent and varied; we enjoyed it thoroughly for four consecutive days.
Two families went, and both opted for family rooms. They come with a king-sized bed plus bunk beds. Room 812 was significantly larger than 802 (I recommend mentioning this to the front desk when checking in).
The location is fantastic.
Plenty of convenience stores downstairs, and the street behind has massage places and restaurants.
Just cross the road and you're at the beach.

This hotel has a great atmosphere. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. All the staff are friendly. There are many swimming pools and a beautiful beach with fine sand. When I booked, I selected 3 people, and they proactively set up an extra bed for us, which was excellent service. The breakfast was also very rich. It's an ideal hotel for a beach and swimming holiday. The only downsides are the limited and expensive food options at the hotel, and its distance from the city center. It takes over 20 minutes by taxi to get to Da Nang city center. Personally, I think Da Nang's beach scenery is nice, but the dining and urban development in the city center are far behind Ho Chi Minh City. If you like relaxing on the beach and swimming, you could stay here for a few more days. For the last two days, we moved to VOCO near My Khe Beach, which was more convenient for city walks. That beach was livelier and more crowded, whereas the Marriott was quieter, less crowded, and a bit remote.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. When we had a problem and called the front desk, they promptly came to our room to help resolve it due to a language barrier. They even helped hang our clothes that were drying on the balcony. The river view room had an excellent view, and my friend's river view room had an even better one. The breakfast buffet was very extensive.

JTYL86We booked the Premier Deluxe Double Room. The Balcony that is showing up on the website is truly deceiving. On arrival, it was not a balcony, it was more of a standing ledge for u to see the sea and sun.
The rest of the amenities was good.

OlgaAntThe hotel is large and beautiful, with good rooms, decent food, and polite staff. Downsides: very poor air conditioning in the hotel itself (not in the rooms). It was impossible to stay on the 2nd floor, at reception, during the day; sweat was pouring down. There's a lack of customer focus. This seems to be an issue with new hotels and inexperienced staff, but I believe it's something that can be improved over time.

We originally reserved a room with a partial sea view, but the sweet receptionist upgraded us to a room with a full sea view - absolutely incredible! The location is perfect, the room was cozy, and the rooftop pool is a great bonus. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was fresh and delicious, with great options like hot Pho, noodles, rice, and lots of fruit. The whole dining area was spotless. Highly recommended!

EvoFunkWe stayed at the Sunny Ocean Hotel in Da Nang for four nights. We initially booked a different hotel but were shocked at how dirty it was. We walked into this hotel, and immediately, the girl at reception was very helpful in making a booking for us. In a flash, she found two rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bellboy was very kind and attended to moving our bags, fixing the air conditioning, and helping us reset the safe. Breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof and loved the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. All the hotel staff members were friendly and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel—especially after our experience with the previous one.
