Anonymous UserPros:
1. The hotel's natural environment is excellent, offering sightings of incredibly rare protected animals. They also provide a free wildlife tour, which I highly recommend. It's a fantastic experience to simply walk around the hotel and spot monkeys foraging.
2. The service is outstanding. The hotel staff are attentive and very considerate of guests. The welcome drink was delicious. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and I received a room upgrade with a great view and a spacious layout.
3. The slippers were very comfortable. The breakfast tableware was exquisite.
Cons for me:
1. The claim of being the 'most beautiful Intercontinental' is an exaggeration. Some areas even felt [as pictured], though I suppose one could call it 'unique.' Personally, I found it gaudy.
2. I strongly recommend including executive lounge access. If you arrive early, since there's no air conditioning in the public areas, the only cool indoor space to relax is the executive lounge. Otherwise, you're stuck waiting in the hotel lobby, and elderly guests and children need to be careful to avoid heatstroke.
3. The breakfast was delicious, and the fruit quality was high. However, it's baffling why the other restaurants were so bad. After reading reviews that even the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant wasn't great, I booked a package that included dinner. I paid extra to change the dishes, but they were still terrible. It was arguably the worst meal I had in Vietnam.
4. Although the hotel was uncrowded and had a good environment, the beach quality was very average, and the loungers by the sea started closing down every day at 6 PM.
In summary, I think this Intercontinental is worth staying at, but don't go in with exceptionally high expectations.

Guest UserWe had a fantastic stay at Cozy Savvy Hoi An and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
We booked a connecting family room, and on arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were really comfortable, there was plenty of space for our family, and the bathroom was lovely with both a separate shower and a large bathtub.
The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Every single person we met – reception, restaurant staff, bartenders and housekeeping – was genuinely warm, friendly and always happy to help. A special thank you to Emma, Nancy and Hanna on reception, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They always took the time to chat with our four-year-old daughter, which made her feel really special and was such a lovely personal touch.
The location was perfect for us. It’s around a 10-minute walk into Hoi An Ancient Town, which meant we were close enough to enjoy everything the town has to offer but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We slept really well every evening.
Breakfast offered plenty of choice. We particularly loved the fresh baguettes (which we filled with bacon most mornings!), along with the croissants, pastries, muffins, cereals and fresh fruit. There was also a good selection of salads and vegetables, an egg station where eggs were cooked to order, and plenty of Asian options such as rice and teriyaki chicken. There was something for everyone.
We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable compared with many of the restaurants nearby.
Overall, this hotel struck the perfect balance between comfort, location and outstanding service. If you’re happy with a short walk into the Old Town in exchange for a peaceful night’s sleep, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Thank you to everyone at Cozy Savvy for making our visit so enjoyable—we hope to return one day!

Daria_lsvaA wonderful hotel on the outskirts of Da Nang. When I booked, I thought the room decor looked a bit outdated, but that's not the case at all! The room is fantastic: high ceilings, comfortable mattresses, and solid hardwood furniture. In the evenings, they bring small treats like dried fruit. The breakfasts are incredibly varied, offering both European and traditional Vietnamese dishes, various coffees, and even ice cream. The food at the beach bar is also excellent. The price is high compared to other 4-5 star hotels in Vietnam. Here, you experience tranquility and relaxation, with many areas for unwinding (pools, hammocks, bean bags). There's also a kids' club. If you want to dive into the chaos and vibrant city life, it's about a 15-20 minute drive, and taxis arrive quickly. There are only 16 sun loungers on the beach, but you can always find a spot, as most guests are European and Korean, with few Russian speakers who tend to occupy loungers all day. The spa center is top-notch.

SissyCCCyuFamily trip during summer holiday | This time we chose Da Nang, Vietnam.
Didn't do much research, just picked Voco Ma Belle like a lucky dip, and being an IHG property, I had some trust in it.
The breakfast was excellent and varied; we enjoyed it thoroughly for four consecutive days.
Two families went, and both opted for family rooms. They come with a king-sized bed plus bunk beds. Room 812 was significantly larger than 802 (I recommend mentioning this to the front desk when checking in).
The location is fantastic.
Plenty of convenience stores downstairs, and the street behind has massage places and restaurants.
Just cross the road and you're at the beach.

GiangpThe highlight of my stay was definitely the spectacular view from the master bedroom of the 2-bedroom apartment. I had a direct view of the Macau vs. Germany fireworks display on June 21, which was absolutely marvelous. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, with a washing machine and a functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable and met the standards I’d expect from an international 5-star hotel.
The property is showing its age, however. While everything is generally well maintained, the furnishings feel dated and somewhat inexpensive. The hallways in the apartment tower are also rather dark and can be difficult to navigate.
Service was adequate but unremarkable, nothing particularly stood out, either positively or negatively.
Overall, a comfortable stay with fantastic views and practical apartment-style facilities, though the interiors could benefit from a refresh.

Had a fantastic experience! The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. They were very warm and attentive. The location is great, not too far from the city and close to the beach, but still quiet and peaceful – perfect if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle at night. It's not isolated at all, with plenty of things nearby within walking distance. Everything was high quality and excellent. I loved it and was very happy! I highly recommend this place. The view is also beautiful, overlooking the sea.

КАРЛЫГАШThis place is perfect for those who love relaxation. It's the best spot for families with kids. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The reception service is excellent; the staff really try their best. The only downside is the language barrier – you'll definitely need a translator. The food gets an 8 out of 10. Everything in the restaurant is lovely, and they have a great selection. Both the kids' and adult pools are excellent. There are 3 restaurants and a nightclub on site. We got an early check-in and a free transfer, plus a fantastic 60-minute massage and a tea ceremony. The Marble Mountains are just a 3-minute walk away (with cafes, souvenir shops, and a mini-market nearby). It's a 20-minute motorbike ride to Hoi An (we went and it was great!). And about 15-20 minutes by Grab bike to Da Nang city center (My Khe Beach). Every day, there's a free, comfortable, air-conditioned car departing from the hotel at 9:00 AM, with a return pick-up at 3:00 PM (you *must* book this in advance). If you're looking for peace, quiet, delicious food, and relaxation, this is the place for you.

We originally reserved a room with a partial sea view, but the sweet receptionist upgraded us to a room with a full sea view - absolutely incredible! The location is perfect, the room was cozy, and the rooftop pool is a great bonus. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was fresh and delicious, with great options like hot Pho, noodles, rice, and lots of fruit. The whole dining area was spotless. Highly recommended!

诺诚I usually don’t write hotel reviews because I consider myself a fair and relaxed person but this is the first time I have come across a hotel that is clearly not in the star category it claims to be. The reception and front door staff were very friendly and were a highlight of my stay, as well as the rooftop swimming pool and location to the beach. The daily breakfast was also good value and worth it. However, there were several issues such as terrible WIFI (basically doesn’t work), a leaking shower to the point of flooding the floors and layers of dust in various parts of the room (something that should be clearly seen when cleaning). I was also disappointed in the noise throughout the night due to the sound leaking windows. It was quite difficult to get a good nights sleep. The gym is barely functional and needs improving if you are going to display that as a feature. If I had been asked how my stay was at the point of checking out, I would not have written this review but I was not asked. They were more interested in making sure I paid for the mini-bar and laundry service (which was supposed to be delivered to my room but wasn’t). The main point here is that this is not a 4 star hotel compared to others I have stayed in throughout Vietnam. It is 3 stars at best.
