Guest UserTo put it simply, if I visit Da Nang again, I'll definitely stay here. If you're looking for accommodation, come here!
The price is affordable, it's clean, and its proximity to My Khe Beach makes it very accessible for getting around. There's also a large supermarket right nearby, which is convenient for shopping.
But most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly! 👍 All the staff were kind and gentle in helping us, which made our trip enjoyable.
We accidentally left our phone in a Grab taxi and were very flustered, so we asked a staff member for help. They continuously contacted the taxi driver through the app, got their phone number, and even spoke to them directly, thankfully helping us retrieve our phone. Even now, I'm so grateful and truly touched by the staff's warm hearts. I definitely want to go back. ❤️
Thank you very much, everyone! I wish you all happiness! ❤️🥰

Guest UserThe staff here are absolutely lovely and incredibly attentive to detail. Before our stay, I informed them that we don't eat pork or beef for breakfast because my friend is Muslim and I don't eat beef either, so we requested chicken, eggs, and similar items. When it was time for breakfast, a staff member walked us through each dish, explaining what was in everything. They remembered our specific requests! All the staff members were very friendly. A particular shout-out to Money, who took care of us from check-in, during meals, our outings, and even seeing us off for our journey home. She's a great conversationalist, very proactive in engaging with guests, and extremely knowledgeable. She can recommend anything and even drew a map for us when we asked for directions. If I have the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here.

GiangpThe highlight of my stay was definitely the spectacular view from the master bedroom of the 2-bedroom apartment. I had a direct view of the Macau vs. Germany fireworks display on June 21, which was absolutely marvelous. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, with a washing machine and a functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable and met the standards I’d expect from an international 5-star hotel.
The property is showing its age, however. While everything is generally well maintained, the furnishings feel dated and somewhat inexpensive. The hallways in the apartment tower are also rather dark and can be difficult to navigate.
Service was adequate but unremarkable, nothing particularly stood out, either positively or negatively.
Overall, a comfortable stay with fantastic views and practical apartment-style facilities, though the interiors could benefit from a refresh.

Guest UserThe location is good, although it's not the most convenient or lively area. However, it's relatively quiet compared to other parts of the beach, as the middle section of the beach tends to have more restaurants, crowds, and noise. This hotel doesn't have that problem. Also, because no tour groups stay here, there's always a spot for breakfast, and the food selection is great and tasty. The rooms are spacious. Although the air conditioning turns off every time you leave, it cools down very quickly once you turn it back on. If you like a place that's quiet yet still accessible, this hotel is highly recommended!

MariamarymIncredibly beautiful grounds! The hotel is spread across several buildings, and we stayed in the Marseille building.
Check-in happens down below, near the cable car. It's great that the hotel has its own entrance and funicular, so there are fewer crowds. They gave us a voucher for the room, and we headed up. Once at the top, they gave us the room key card for the Paris building, and we checked in quickly.
The rooms are quiet, with everything you need, and the breakfast is superb. Thank you!

This place is perfect for those who love relaxation. It's the best spot for families with kids. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The reception service is excellent; the staff really try their best. The only downside is the language barrier – you'll definitely need a translator. The food gets an 8 out of 10. Everything in the restaurant is lovely, and they have a great selection. Both the kids' and adult pools are excellent. There are 3 restaurants and a nightclub on site. We got an early check-in and a free transfer, plus a fantastic 60-minute massage and a tea ceremony. The Marble Mountains are just a 3-minute walk away (with cafes, souvenir shops, and a mini-market nearby). It's a 20-minute motorbike ride to Hoi An (we went and it was great!). And about 15-20 minutes by Grab bike to Da Nang city center (My Khe Beach). Every day, there's a free, comfortable, air-conditioned car departing from the hotel at 9:00 AM, with a return pick-up at 3:00 PM (you *must* book this in advance). If you're looking for peace, quiet, delicious food, and relaxation, this is the place for you.

We originally reserved a room with a partial sea view, but the sweet receptionist upgraded us to a room with a full sea view - absolutely incredible! The location is perfect, the room was cozy, and the rooftop pool is a great bonus. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was fresh and delicious, with great options like hot Pho, noodles, rice, and lots of fruit. The whole dining area was spotless. Highly recommended!

诺诚I usually don’t write hotel reviews because I consider myself a fair and relaxed person but this is the first time I have come across a hotel that is clearly not in the star category it claims to be. The reception and front door staff were very friendly and were a highlight of my stay, as well as the rooftop swimming pool and location to the beach. The daily breakfast was also good value and worth it. However, there were several issues such as terrible WIFI (basically doesn’t work), a leaking shower to the point of flooding the floors and layers of dust in various parts of the room (something that should be clearly seen when cleaning). I was also disappointed in the noise throughout the night due to the sound leaking windows. It was quite difficult to get a good nights sleep. The gym is barely functional and needs improving if you are going to display that as a feature. If I had been asked how my stay was at the point of checking out, I would not have written this review but I was not asked. They were more interested in making sure I paid for the mini-bar and laundry service (which was supposed to be delivered to my room but wasn’t). The main point here is that this is not a 4 star hotel compared to others I have stayed in throughout Vietnam. It is 3 stars at best.
