The resort is nicely build and embedded with nature . The facilities such as pool and gym are well maintained . The room feel luxurious . Would advise to book the club room access with free wine and food almost throughout the day . The best part of this resort is the view .

Kirill GinsburgExcellent value for money. It's very quiet as the hotel is slightly set back from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, yet close enough to walk there in just 10 minutes. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to resolve any issues. We took advantage of the hotel's laundry and massage promotions, and the prices were comparable to what you'd find outside, but the quality was exceptional. If we ever return to Hoi An, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Catcat KwanThe hotel staff were incredibly polite and always smiling. The location is super convenient, with a convenience store and many restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast offered different options every day, and the food was delicious. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back, and a big thank you for the anniversary cake and card! 🥰

Daria_lsvaA wonderful hotel on the outskirts of Da Nang. When I booked, I thought the room decor looked a bit outdated, but that's not the case at all! The room is fantastic: high ceilings, comfortable mattresses, and solid hardwood furniture. In the evenings, they bring small treats like dried fruit. The breakfasts are incredibly varied, offering both European and traditional Vietnamese dishes, various coffees, and even ice cream. The food at the beach bar is also excellent. The price is high compared to other 4-5 star hotels in Vietnam. Here, you experience tranquility and relaxation, with many areas for unwinding (pools, hammocks, bean bags). There's also a kids' club. If you want to dive into the chaos and vibrant city life, it's about a 15-20 minute drive, and taxis arrive quickly. There are only 16 sun loungers on the beach, but you can always find a spot, as most guests are European and Korean, with few Russian speakers who tend to occupy loungers all day. The spa center is top-notch.

Guest UserI used to stay at Novotel often for business trips in Europe, so I chose this one by the Han River in Da Nang. The views are fantastic, the service is excellent, and the breakfast spread is generous – they even had zongzi for Dragon Boat Festival! The restaurant prices are also very reasonable. Every staff member is friendly, enthusiastic, and always smiling. Plus, there's a Michelin-recommended restaurant right next door, and it's only a 15-minute walk to Han Market. Da Nang is beautiful, with tons of massage parlors and seafood restaurants. It's the perfect place to escape the cold.

RasberryliyaThe accommodation was comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service from the moment we boarded the cable car. Every corner of the hotel was beautiful with plenty of photo opportunities. Breakfast was delicious, and the bed was soft and comfortable. There was a welcome fruit platter in the room, and when a light went out, maintenance came to fix it immediately after we called.

This place is perfect for those who love relaxation. It's the best spot for families with kids. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The reception service is excellent; the staff really try their best. The only downside is the language barrier – you'll definitely need a translator. The food gets an 8 out of 10. Everything in the restaurant is lovely, and they have a great selection. Both the kids' and adult pools are excellent. There are 3 restaurants and a nightclub on site. We got an early check-in and a free transfer, plus a fantastic 60-minute massage and a tea ceremony. The Marble Mountains are just a 3-minute walk away (with cafes, souvenir shops, and a mini-market nearby). It's a 20-minute motorbike ride to Hoi An (we went and it was great!). And about 15-20 minutes by Grab bike to Da Nang city center (My Khe Beach). Every day, there's a free, comfortable, air-conditioned car departing from the hotel at 9:00 AM, with a return pick-up at 3:00 PM (you *must* book this in advance). If you're looking for peace, quiet, delicious food, and relaxation, this is the place for you.

Hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. It’s quite far away from all of the bars /restaurants in the main area. Breakfast included was basic but okay, the only downside was that the breakfast room was so small we only managed to get somewhere to sit on one morning.

I usually don’t write hotel reviews because I consider myself a fair and relaxed person but this is the first time I have come across a hotel that is clearly not in the star category it claims to be. The reception and front door staff were very friendly and were a highlight of my stay, as well as the rooftop swimming pool and location to the beach. The daily breakfast was also good value and worth it. However, there were several issues such as terrible WIFI (basically doesn’t work), a leaking shower to the point of flooding the floors and layers of dust in various parts of the room (something that should be clearly seen when cleaning). I was also disappointed in the noise throughout the night due to the sound leaking windows. It was quite difficult to get a good nights sleep. The gym is barely functional and needs improving if you are going to display that as a feature. If I had been asked how my stay was at the point of checking out, I would not have written this review but I was not asked. They were more interested in making sure I paid for the mini-bar and laundry service (which was supposed to be delivered to my room but wasn’t). The main point here is that this is not a 4 star hotel compared to others I have stayed in throughout Vietnam. It is 3 stars at best.
