"PPT Muar Hotel is my favourite capsule hostel in Muar, easy check-in, no deposit needed, ample & safe parking space provided. The accommodation is tidy and comfortable, huge and clean bathroom. However the main problem is weak wifi connection. The landscape design of the hotel is awesome and have some nice corners to sit and chill."

"There is no lift going up to the hotel lobby and rooms. So not suitable for those who are unable to walk up stairs and carrying big luggage. Also there is no allocated car parks, guest has to compete for public car park which could ended far away from the hotel as many cars are using the public ones. Restroom layout is not ideal without shower compartment."

"Stay here for few nights due to business trip. The location is good, in the centre of Muar, convenient and accessible to town areas and shopping mall. The bed is comfy, amenities is ok, staff is friendly. However one thing can be improved better is my room condition 102, probably the moisture is high so the room has the mouldy smell. The wall and the mirror looked tainted, not sure is mold or something else. Will come back for the stay but probably not this room."

"I reached there around 1130pm, the odour at the whole ground floor is really bad, very strong smell of sewage system? , the moment I entered feels the place is so stink. The air ventilation I think is really good, until the room have that smell, feels like the bed and pillow and blanket also that bad smell. Even the sink water that I use to brush teeth , I feel want to puke because of the water taste? Dno why psychologically all is that bad smell all over. "The carpark is shared with the shopping center within the same building which was cramped during weekend. The room is spacious and clean. The bathtub is clean but the shower can impose a problem if you're taller person. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance. Also, many branch of banks located nearby the building."

"Came back to this hotel for business trip. What amaze me this time is girl at the counter, once she see me walk in, immediately she give me the room card. Didn't ask for my IC or name, she recognised me and with a smile, welcome back Mr Teh ! Nice feeling"
