From the ambience, to the food, to the staff. Everything was exquisite. It is definitely a home away from home. The check in process is quick and seamless, their Olive restaurant offer a wide array of cuisines and the Aviary lounge had some of the best mixologists in the city Special thanks to Esther and Deborah who diligently served me during my stay

The ambience was nice. The staff were super friendly, especially Geoffrey who took care of us. The food was served freshly hot but the flavor could be improved.

Great service (Daniel in the Olive restaurant is exceptional). Highly recommended for business accommodation. And the conference and meeting facilities are first class. I have stayed on a number of occasions and have found the rooms, food, staff, and management 5 star. They are now our 'go too' hotel in Nairobi.

Bed is fantastic in a spacious room. Very clean . In Nairobi it can be the best. It is situated in very secure westlands . From the security gate,reception to the resto customer care is at its highest stands. I would recommend to people need a CV class and value of money.

The hotel has great security. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is amazing. In fact the food is amazing. The staff are also very polite and friendly especially, Joana at the reception and Daniel at the breakfast area. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Absolutely stunning location and design. Extremely well kept and trendy hotel with a perfect location in town. Lively designs and architecture. The team and food is exceptional, one to name is Catherine from the food and beverage team among the rest. Well kept and extremely tidy rooms. Nothing out of place. Will be retuning for future business trips in Nairobi.

We had a good time at the Olive restaurant the service was marvellous by Jackie and the team leader Gideon ....... We highly recommend this property..we will be back soon with more friends and family.... I will came for staycation too .......
