It's a big modern, clean, resort with very professional and kind staff!!! Location is great, just in front of a beautiful little lake. Very quiet. Swimming pool is great and clean. You can park your car just next to your room. Very convenient! Stayed just one night, but I regret I couldn't stay longer.

The resort and room was fantastic but 2 things that brought down the overall rating are: - No daily housekeeping. I would have thought that a resort of this caliber would include daily housekeeping but this is not the case here. - In the middle of the night, I think around midnight, we were woken up by loud pounding on the door. Resort security said he has a Grab delivery which wasn't for us. This was a first for me. Resort staff going around pounding on doors waking people up. Not acceptable at all.
