The hotel was clean and tidy, the service attitude of the staff was very polite and friendly, commendable, the toilets in the rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, it was a good night. This hotel is brand new with comfortable bed and LED TV. The gym facilitate is well equipped. I’m quite satisfied except for the check-in at the counter where they couldn’t allow me to have my room 30 mins earlier because I booked the room with third party despite they had plenty of empty rooms. I needed to wait at the counter till the check-in time.

Nanaimo has a very good environment! The hotel is also very new. It is very convenient to walk to the pier. Parking is in the parking lot opposite. There are not many hotels with such facilities on the road! It is worth recommending to stay.

The Courtyard by Marriott is by far the best value for money hotel I have stayed in in Canada! The room is large, clean and tidy! The overall style of the room is simple and fashionable, with complete facilities! The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel has a nice environment, reasonable prices, and very friendly service! The location is excellent, about 100 meters from the seaside, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues, the public security situation is good, and parking is very convenient.
