酒店在地鐵直達的萬科時代廣場，旁邊就是銅鑼灣，八一橋，去熱門景點交通很方便，房間特別乾淨，裝修的很温馨，現在是淡季，老闆免費升級巨幕房，看電影非常棒！性價比真的很高，不管是自己還是介紹朋友來，強烈推薦！

酒店位置相當好呀，前台服務很好，提前發位置告知具體情況，新開業房間很乾凈，冰箱洗衣機應有盡有，投影也很清晰，老闆免費升級房間，非常滿意，樓下商場小吃啥都有！忘記拍照片了，絕絕子！！

簡單的旅遊出行，首先這個價格在民宿裏面已經不便宜了，在武漢或者南京，這個價位可以住挺好的民宿了，沒想到在南昌就這？？存在不少問題，講兩個讓我打一星的點。
1. 預訂的是13號入住，但是酒店老闆並沒有在13號之前提前聯繫，提前告知酒店具體該怎麼進去，13號中午按照攜程的定位找到樓下，再打老闆的電話，才告訴應該從哪裡進樓，在樓下找了等了不少時間。而後，騷操作就來了，告訴我預訂的房間沒有了？？？？（為什麼人都到了才通知説預訂的房間沒有了？？這就很無語！！😤😤）換了一個低一檔的房間，退差價（低一檔的房間也很難評，第二個不滿意的點來了），因為衹住一天，臨時找個換個新的酒店太麻煩，於是將就了下來
2. 雖然這個價格也不能要求酒店的衞生和大幾千的高檔酒店一樣特別乾淨，但是如果在洗手池裡麪發現這麼一根彎彎繞繞的毛髮，想必都知道是啥吧，衞生間的鏡子，臟到根本照不清楚，桌子後面還有上一個客人留下的垃圾，床單上也留有不明的黃色污漬，可見老闆根本沒有認真對待房間的衞生，基礎的衞生都並沒有做好。（ps，小窗台上的桌子和植物挺好看的，但是它塑料做的弱不禁風根本不承重啊，放瓶水都感覺能把這個桌子壓塌，更別説在這吃吃喝喝欣賞風景了，還有，低一檔的房間裏面也沒有電視或者投影）
以上都來自於個人的真實住店體驗，不出於任何的同行惡意評論或者其他競爭目的，絕對客觀真實。其他地方的民宿也住過不少，像南昌這個價位這個樣子的還是頭一次！😡😡

房間很大很新，住着舒服。位置不錯，離一號線地鐵站很近走幾步就到了，直達滕王閣和八一廣場。離去海昏侯博物館的666路車的公交站步行十幾分鍾，趕早車也很方便。洗澡水是用熱水器的，需要提早開起來燒水。整體推薦！

這次住宿體驗非常好棒！酒店設施很齊全，一張大床還帶冰箱洗衣機，這個價格真的太給力了！房間全新的，衞生間馬桶洗手枱都是雪白乾凈的，床品也很舒服，乳膠的床墊睡下去很有支撐力！地理位置也很優越，樓下就是地鐵1號線去哪裡都方便，老闆熱情消息回覆也快，推薦給大家，沖！！
