A quiet place not far from city centre. I do enjoy the balcony though it was a very short stay at the hotel. I would like to come and explore more next time!

Nice hotel, good location, very convenient. Excellent Restaurant with not too much choice (enjoyed buffet and breakfast), but what was there was well prepared and tasty. Only criticism: difficult to get a non smoker room, as this hotel, like many others, do not put much effort in reinforcing their non-smoking-hotel policy. Finally though they found a room with almost no smoking smell for me, thanks to the good service staff. However it is possible to open the terrace door to let fresh air in. Until 10pm, some noise from activities of the nearby waterpark might be heard, after 10pm it is very quite. Definitely a recommendation, I will go again.

Reasonable price, clean facilities, beautiful environment, good photos, great service, I will choose this hotel next time I return to Nanchang. Although I overslept and didn't enjoy the morning tea at this hotel, I hope I can have the opportunity to taste the morning tea at Sheraton next time. 🫰🫰🫰🫰

Very standard Four Points by Sheraton hardware and software services. What I like most is its location in the Elephant Lake Wetland Park, which is full of green and very suitable for family travel.

I can only say that it was a terrible experience~ I won’t talk about the distance, the location, and the surrounding facilities. They said they would give me coffee*2, but when I checked in at night, they said they were off work and would be back at work at 10 the next morning. So what was I going to do? I suggest canceling it. Here comes the point. There was a peculiar smell when I entered the room. Was the cleaning done in vain? The air conditioner was like a tractor when it was turned on. I took a video, but it seemed that it could not be uploaded. I wanted to sleep so hard that I had a nervous breakdown that night. The sound insulation was poor. I almost heard people walking upstairs. The bed sound next door was clearly audible. The amount of water from the shower head was not as good as the rain outside. I called the front desk in the middle of the night and they sent a technician to fix it. The technician worked hard! But it still did not affect my negative review of the hotel, because the technician said that the reason why the shower head was small was that it was blocked by an indescribable foreign object. I had already lain down at that time, so I didn’t take pictures. The hard decoration was rough. Be careful when you bring your baby to stay. There are safety hazards. See the pictures for details.

The hotel environment is very good and the room is clean. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Nanchang for tourism.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the West Station by taxi. It is very convenient. The road is elevated and smooth! The hotel gate is quite grand and the fragrance smells good. When you enter the lobby, you can see the front desk on the right to check in directly. The lady who checked me in this time was April. She was very nice and took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. I mentioned that I wanted a room with a better view. I was especially grateful for arranging a room with a lake view. When checking in, she introduced the hotel's infrastructure and surrounding tourist spots in detail, which left a deep impression! No matter from the big or small aspects, it gave me a feeling of home. I will choose here next time!

The location of Four Points by Sheraton Nanchang OCT is very convenient. The hotel is close to Nanchang Station and the high-speed railway station. Taxi is also very fast. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the city center by taxi. The service of Eleven at the hotel front desk is very good. It feels really great. It will be the first choice for visiting Nanchang in the future!

This is the first time I wrote a review for Four Points by Sheraton Nanchang OCT. I planned to stay for one night in Nanchang during a layover, but I decided to extend it for another night after checking in. The room facilities were clean and tidy without any odor. What is particularly worthy of praise is that the sofas are all leather sofas, which are very friendly to hotel control with mysophobia. There are also shower facilities that are comparable to or even exceed five-star enjoyment. The hotel is very new, and you can actually eat delicious mixed noodles for breakfast. There are entertainment facilities for children in the public area, and the surrounding environment has a wide view. You can give your eyes a break on the balcony of the room! The most worthy thing is the five-star praise for the hotel's front desk and check-in service. They also took the initiative to send a breakfast, which really surprised many stingy hotels. I will stay again if I have the chance to go to Nanchang!

The buffet in the evening is very good value, 134 people per portion, with everything, including Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, Little Sheep Hot Pot, Lamb Rib, Goose Liver, etc., very cost-effective, the breakfast provided is very delicious 😋, it opens at 6:25, just in time to catch the train after eating. The room has no odor and a wide view. Disadvantages: When children play or jump, people downstairs can hear it and knock on the door, affecting the children's play; the sewer in the bathroom cannot drain, and there is still water in the room in the morning.
