第一印象就是剛進房間，就有一股難聞的味道，衞生也不是乾淨，噪音非常大，很吵，影響睡眠，下次不住了，服務也就那樣，沒有網上評論那麼好。

入住告知特價房，房間得有個柱子，不過也無傷大雅，主要房間開了空調，特別幹，夜裡就幹醒了，睡不好真的影響休息。

其實。整體服務還不錯。
房型也還可以。
去之前電話説可以給我升房型，但到了店卻沒有。
然後吃早餐是走步梯上去的，看到一個穿着廚師衣服的人坐在那裡抽煙，大聲呵斥我幹嘛的。我住在酒店肯定是來吃早餐的呀。而且我會給早餐券。
不過，相同價格還是選擇全季吧。住慣了全季。

我給了差評的原因是，本來想給零星，後來想想來的時候女前台給我升了級所以選了兩星。下面五點論述我給你差評的原因:
第一：我十點準備睡覺了，第二天還要趕飛機，想着開空調，你們空調用不了！我住過這麼多家四星，五星酒店，我第一次碰到説空調用不了的情況，這種基礎設施的問題根本不應該出現在一家四星酒店，連鎖的能出現這種問題情有可原，這種問題應該出現在你們這種酒店嗎？中間試空調，換房間的流程我都很不滿意，我身體的休息不滿意，你們騙我又沒兑現行政我更加不滿意。
第二:我的房間空調顯示塵滿，然後不運行，我給客房打電話他跟我説塵滿不影響，我問別的房間也這樣嗎，他説是，我特意上網上查了查中央空調塵滿了就會停止運行，我換到新的房間並沒有顯示塵滿，有問題不承認問題，有問題不解決問題。你這是把顧客當**騙呢？
第三:上來檢查了15分鐘確實不好使，我給客房打電話，客房説給我換到行政房間（5809在22點45左右到23點左右時候和前台通話，你們可以查）換了之後還是大床房，並沒有按通話所説，給我換到相同房型我並沒有意見，衹是不應該騙我然後又不兑現。信譽何在？
第四:洗完澡後洗澡那個漏水的地方一直在滴答滴答
第五:你們的賓客意見書上面我剛打開想填寫意見，你們自己都給畫完勾了，你們還搞這種東西有什麼意思？那你們乾脆自己給自己都打100分就好了，幹嘛還要讓顧客填寫？
總而言之，你們出現這個問題我就很不滿意，後續有沒有一個積極的解決方案，先搪塞又騙我更加不滿意，我對你們的設備就是0分，服務就是負分，我對此次入住極其不滿意。

實話實説房間還行，酒店服務態度需要改善，下午兩點後才能辦理入住，寄存行李就是一塊地方，把行李放着，也沒人管，我是感覺體驗較差，住過一次不會有第二次的想法了

礦泉水衹允許再向前台拿兩瓶，多了需要付費。
衞生間淋浴設施很便利。
打掃衞生阿姨在退房前十分鐘敲敲門後聽不到裏面人説話就自己刷卡開門進來，説接到前台通知我已經退房了……住酒店第一次遇到這樣的情況。前台送了一個書簽伴手禮作為補償.

很喜歡！有好多好多點！
第一：酒店大廳很不錯！看起來很豪華！！座位很多，沙發很大很軟！很好休息！！而且還有糖！還有自助咖啡什麼的，一樓也有廁所，非常非常方便！！
第二：辦入住的時候，前台小姐姐説我定的房型正在打掃，然後幫我們升級了一下，並且！看我和男朋友衹有一份早餐，直接又送了我們一張！真的超級驚喜！早餐多種多樣！！！很好吃！！還有現做的！以及酸奶
第三：房間很乾凈！！每一天都有阿姨來打掃，並且重新放置一次性用品！！房間很大很舒服！！床也很舒服！而且還送了水果！
總結！這是我住過最好的一家酒店！！！！
