上下樓梯不安全，稍微個高一點都會撞頭，晚上從二樓下來吃夜宵，差點滾下來。衞生間沒隔斷就簾子拉着，浴缸裏是陳年老垢，一樓廚房水池到涼白開，都有堵的下不去的風險，入住一樓沒人，安全有待考量，老舊小區。隔音也不好，隔壁講話都能聽到。展示的圖片全是一樓大廳，二樓卧室層高不夠，起床也撞到好幾次頭，我是真的火大。
