On arrival staff were welcoming and spoke English. Online you could only book breakfast for one person so we were given a complimentary breakfast which was amazing! I also had a doctors appointment in the morning so I couldn't eat but staff provided me with a takeaway box.
The hotel is dog friendly and there is even a private pet friendly elevator which was a nice touch.
The room was clean and spacious and the view was absolutely amazing!
I will be staying here again!

Returned to ParcVue Hotel Residence Nanjing for a weekend getaway, and it was just as fantastic as our first stay. The service remains top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff.
The views continue to be amazing, setting a pleasant backdrop for our time at the hotel. We appreciated the consistency of excellence in service and the overall experience. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a restaurant, gym, a play area for kids, and a refreshing swimming pool.
What's noteworthy is the attention to detail – cribs were readily provided for our room type, making our stay with the little ones hassle-free. ParcVue Hotel Residence remains our go-to choice for a delightful escape in Nanjing.

ParcVue is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and amenities, and high quality service. Also, it’s a pet-friendly hotel. They are one of few hotels in Nanjing that allow pets to be accommodated. My family and I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Nanjing. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. I would like acknowledge the dashing hotel manager named Sean and his two staff - Nancy and Icey who are equally so cordial. Thank you so much. Happy Chinese New Year!

帶着好心情從上海一路趕到南寧，晚上8點15入住酒店，第一印象就不好，停車場在B2，車子進入地庫後在B1沒有找到入口，再打電話給酒店，告知在B2，整條路網上沒有一個指示，對開車停車客人非常不友好。
吐槽2，最失望的點，預訂的是江景套房，進房後發現就不是江景房，訂房照片和評論照片就能作證就是島景房，跑到樓下找前台，咬定1912房間就是江景房。找了值班經理，值班經理對房間情況都不瞭解，還去問前台，前台説，16層以上的都是江景房。然後值班經理告知，你看到的是夾江，也是江。真的是無語，攜程能否管理一下你們的酒店客户，不要欺騙消費者。
吐槽3，下午電話前台告知泳池開放至21:30，到了酒店，電話詢問泳池客服，告知20:30人很多，而且21:00就要關門。讓人很失望！
吐槽4，房間內温度太高，剛剛進房室温32度，難道能耗不要錢嗎？面板設定不能是26度嗎？

新酒店，設施比較新，衞生比較乾淨，地點在江心洲10號線口，比較安靜。過年家裡人來，離家近，就選了這家。酒店按金入住微信付，説退房即退，系統很快就會原理返還，結果過了24小時也沒退，前台電話是上午、下午一直沒人接的，不知道是不是過年缺人手緣故，最終通過攜程客服解決的。體驗感也就4星差不多，各方面對標5星還差了點。
