小朋友被花灑刮傷出血 酒店處理問題是説這是小傷消毒就可以了 給兩個枕頭
枕頭我沒拿不接受這樣的處理已退房
一酒店花灑出現破損 小朋友洗澡不夠高拿下來沖洗很正常 工作人員的意思 花灑不該拿下來 講真的我笑了
二 説小傷衹要消毒就可以了 作為家長 酒店的東西大家都明白看不見的地方説不定有什麼細菌我帶了小孩去打破傷風 當天晚上11.30帶小朋友跑了倆醫院 第一個説三甲醫院才可以打 - 凌晨兩點點才回酒店 第二天工作人員的意思沒必要 小傷消毒就行了 給我兩個枕頭就能處理
我個人要求免當天房費 工作人員就説兩枕頭

這絕對是我住過最差的維也納酒店，衞生及差房間裏有一股死老鼠味道，而且大家一起訂的房間同事的有卸粧油我都沒有，枕頭四個墊起來不如加了一個，退房的那一天從12樓扛着行李下一樓居然跟我説電梯在檢修！真的差勁差勁

位置優越交通便利，一出門就是地鐵站啦。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，工牌001的小帥哥特別熱情，非常好，服務也非常到位。早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。下次還會選擇這裏

酒店設定還可，熱水很快。但是！隔音很差，隔壁關門都能感覺是我關門一樣。重點是我住店那麼多次頭一次被隔壁叫醒！！！凌晨一點一次，兩點一次，四點一次，女生是哭着叫的，年輕真好。如果拖家帶口的不推薦住這裏，太尷尬了。
