非常棒的民宿，環境內外皆乾淨，室內拖鞋也很乾淨，感覺到民宿主人的用心經營，過年初三剛好寒流，浴室洗澡水很熱，早上在房間陽台可看到日出，晚上也可看到星星，再次到合歡山時會再選擇珍谷住宿，感謝民宿主人的用心經營❤️

地點非常得好，在清境農場旁，對面又有火鍋店，又有停車位，可惜房間裡的床設備太老舊，電熱毯冷熱不均勻，一邊超熱一邊卻不熱，房間隔音也很差，樓上腳步聲吵到睡不著。

這次住宿是為了登山，整體環境服務沒有問題，但地板與建物為木頭材質，隔音不佳。起初很滿意非常安靜，正準備入睡，隔壁兩間剛好住一個大家庭，整晚都是小孩尖叫、苦惱、跑跳、家人之間互相吆喝，開關門聲都聽得到，完全無法好好休息。兩次出去請兩間房客降低音量，因為要早起登山，但依舊沒用….

優點：景色好，乾淨，有停車場，老闆很親切
缺點：設備電器偏老舊，沒有冰箱非常不方便，，下雨天鞋櫃裡的鞋子都濕濕的不是很好，晚上下樓取開水沒辦法開燈也很冏。

房間的木頭濕味很明顯，浴室的縫隙有許多垢，沒有空調可以調整室內溫度（晚上很冷），不知道是被子的關係還是木頭裝潢吸濕氣的關係，進到房間後鼻子開始過敏很嚴重，瘋狂打噴嚏；房內的陽台就能看到日出很方便。
