A very good trip👍The hotel is right by the sea, 5 minutes walk from the aquarium, the room is clean and tidy, with a kitchen, I booked a room with breakfast, and there is a large department store behind the hotel, the satisfaction level is 5 points

Only one word excellent, clean, nothing to much bother owners and staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned daily clean towels etc. Walking distance of the town for cafes and restaurants. Aquarium close by and worth a visit. Just walking along the sea front was relaxing.

Great location, cross street to beach, and short walk too town. Our room was very clean and had nice beds and furniture. Owners were super nice, helped with our next stop and with dinner reservations. We also were able to use the complimentary washer and dryer. Would highly recommend.

I get the impression that there are many NZ towns that didn't have much of an existence until the advent of tourism. Consequently, when the tourists arrived in their tens of thousands they needed housed and fed. Even genteel Napier built motel after motel, which, like my review on the one in Rotorua is a bit off putting at first. In fairness, this one was clean, well equipped, and when you get used to the window as wide as the room looking out on to the car park it was fine. There was a kitchenette which came in handy if you are running out of enthusiasm of eating out every night on a trip around this beautiful country

This older but well-maintained property is ideally located in Napier. It is within walking distance of the old downtown and a number of very good restaurants; it also faces Hawke's Bay (some rooms probably have an ocean view). It was surprisingly quiet despite being on the main street by the water. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good kitchenette that we used daily for breakfast. The room was little quirky, in a fun way. The bedroom included a giant bathtub that reminded me of something from a honeymoon suite in the Pocono Mountains. There was also a separate bathroom that included a shower. For wine lovers, the motel is a short drive from the greatest concentration of high end cellar doors (tasting rooms) in Hawke's Bay. This facility met our needs well.

We stayed here for 2 nights in glorious Napier. Beautifully situated on Marine Parade with sea views and easy walking distances to bars, restaurants and shops. We love art deco Napier. The apartment was well appointed, everything you might need was supplied with a charge for the minibar. Guest laundry available FOC. Friendly staff and warm welcome, cases even carried to our first floor room! Fabulous spa bath, which I took advantage of, husband even paddled his feet (2 knee replacements and an ankle replacement precludes him from indulging 😞. Weather was brilliant, which always helps 😀

This motel was an ideal place for our one night stay in Napier. We had a spacious room which was very clean and comfortable. The motel is perfectly located on Marine Parade so has a view across to the beach and a short walk to everything. The reception team were great and helped us out with advice on what to do, where to eat which really helped us as we had such a short stay. Would highly recommend for s visit to Napier.

Booked this motel from the UK. Napier was on our list as we thoroughly enjoyed being there 4 yrs ago. We love the area & all the Art Deco buildings. Such a beautiful place. This motel was perfect for us as we were able to leave our car safely & walk into town. The room was light, airy, very comfortable & clean. The owners were very welcoming & very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My husband had lost his camera lens at a previous place we visited & they emailed them to help us try & locate it. We will definitely return to this motel again should we return to Napier. Thank you so much Tanya.

Absolutely immaculate. Large and very comfortable bed but the winner was the round spa bath, exactly what was needed after a long day discovering the sights of Napier. Staff were very helpful and friendly, applause to them. So close to all the sights of Napier, within walking distance.Would not hesitate to stay here again and again when we are back in New Zealand. Thank you!
