This was the worst experience of my life. I made a reservation for the hotel, and when I got there, the receptionist said the hotel was full and that I should go to an airbnb in 4 hours. She said to leave the luggage with her and return in 4 hours (after a long flight, can you imagine it?). I was very disappointed and tried to overcome this problem, but she was rude and apparently (from what I observed at the time I was there ) they do this frequently, so they only use the hotel, but they send some people to the airbnb. At the same time, the airbnb was in a really bad looking building. I was terrified, it was the worst experience of my life. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I'm going to confirm what many other guests already commented. This hotel is a scam, they show you photos of the best room they have and you end up in a completely different one. I booked a double room for two adults fooled by the pictures and the overall score (7.3) on ***********, When I arrived I was offered a tiny room with a large single bed, which they claimed was a double (check the attached photo) and when I complained they offered me a room with a bunk bed! The hotel has 3 stars but it deserves 1. The bathroom is tiny and stinks of sewage, the sound insulation doesn't exist and you can hear all the guests arriving, banging the doors etc. There was a safe in the room which wasn't even attached to the wall, the breakfast included was poor. On top of that the hotel is located in one of the dodgiest areas in the city. The positive things - it's near the central station, but with a good metro system in the city it's not a big deal. I was also charged additionally 3,5€ per day per person as a tourist tax, apparently it is a price for a 4 star hotel, a 3 star should charge 2,5€.

The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The room’s design was modernand stylish. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual. I really enjoyed staying here!

When arriving at the hotel, they refused to give my room, saying "is all complete" and "is too late". Obviously, they took the money from the reservation without refund. They are simply criminals, is not a hotel. Be careful and avoid the place.

We were booked into Chez Moi but were taken to Hotel Poker Lift didn't work Pokey little room Electrical wires exposed Double bed was not even a double Air conditioner didn't work Toilet leaked water from the flushing Balcony was filthy and disgusting

First time in Naples we left in 2 me and the prof. Unfortunately Peri was unable to come because he had to do some building work at home. The hotel is located near the station so it is very convenient if you want to take trains or subways to reach various points of the city. The staff is very kind and available for any eventuality, the concierge is always open both day and night, breakfast is included in the price and complete with everything. The room was acceptable and included everything you need. Overall a very positive experience in Naples, definitely worth repeating to visit new places that we were unable to visit in our 3 day stay. Let's hope Peri stays free from work so we'll visit 3 next time.

Very dirty room: dirty sheets with stains and hair on the pillowcases, the same for the towels and the shower cubicle. Very noisy and poorly functioning air conditioner. What can I say .. we stopped for one night after a trip to rest ... but it was a nightmare.

Unfortunately, the fixtures are as if they weren't there and you seem to sleep on the street. The area dedicated to breakfast is small and the choice of products very limited, but the croissants were very good and also the cappuccino. we stayed 4 days, and already from the second we felt at ease, thanks to the very good and helpful staff. For a hit and run it's just fine.
