Na verdade ao chegar no Pontalmar, devido a problemas com o aquecimento de água fomos transferidos para o Rifóles Resort (hotel da mesma rede) localizado na frente do Pontalmar. Experiência maravilhosa!

Spent 3 nights in mid December with the family. 2 rooms reservation. Average accommodation, decent breakfast, swimming pool under construction, very poor internet connection. To top it up, 2 Hurley board shorts of my oldest son simply disappeared from the room and the hotel could not provide any resolution at all: frontdesk claimed they needed to check with Security, which in turn handed over the problem to Housekeeping.. Management was non-existent until the very last minute, when they assured us that the hotel would get back to us in a couple of hours. No response that day. No response to my subsequent emails. I'd definitively avoid the property and its sister place, Rifoles Praia Hotel & Resort.

Experiencia nefasta. Choveu e queríamos que subíssemos escadas com as malas pq um elevador estava em manutenção e o outro quebrado. Meu marido com problemas de locomoção. Nos negamos, claro. Nos colocaram em outro quarto no térreo com cheiro de mofo e qdo voltasse a funcionar o elevador, iríamos para o quarto q nos fora designado. Pois bem, esse dito quarto foi ocupado por outros clientes e nós, para outro por insistencia nossa. Booking se prontificou a resolver e ressarcir, mas eles se negaram. No booking consta 4 estrelas, mas colocaría uma e explico: sofás sujos e um rasgado na recepção; goteira na varanda do quarto; os desagües enferrujados; a falta de empatia do "gerente"... O café da manhã muito farto e os funcionários desse local e a piscina é o que salva esse hotel.

Muito atenciosos e educados.
Café da manhã muito bom.
Atendimento do bar da piscina a noite, péssimo - barman muito grosseiro.
Valores do Menu exorbitantes e ainda tem acréscimo de 10%.
Tem opção de copa baby. Cada utilização custa R$ 3,00. Quem vai com bebê, mesmo que seja apenas para aquecer a água no microondas, cada ida, um custo.
