"I got a room with the harbor view, it was so beautiful. I watched the sunset through my hotel window. And it’s a walking distance to the barbor and restaurants. Staff were hospitable and nice. The only thing is they don’t have free parking nor they cover the parking fees, unlike other hotels. This is first time experiencing having to pay for my own. I had to pay $24 for a day parking."

"I attended a convention at the Gaylord and the daily breakfast and the paved walkway to the Gaylord was very convenient. It was clean, the service was great and it was super quiet."

"The front desk was very kind and very talkative, and the room was very clean and the equipment was very good. Breakfast is full, coffee juice is also available all day, and the living feeling is very good. " Hotel and hotel service is great! Parking service is terrible! Front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. The valet parking attendant was by far the worst I’ve had in my life. Without greeting, he rudely (]with a tone) said we have to check in before bringing the car in the garage. He kicked us out of the garage. So I did so at front desk while my girlfriend drove circles around the block. Not a big deal so far, until we returned with our $30 paid parking ticket. The valet man then said we can’t park in there, because there is no room. But we just paid the front desk, right? We then mentioned that we paid “so can you please park our car?” The valet then tells us to “the hotel has nothing to do with this parking lot!” even though the entrance sign says Hotel Indigo. Other customers in the lot told us to go somewhere else because he was terrible and rude with them. So we drove around in the very busy neighborhood and found a $10 lot over half a mile away. We came back and explained to the front desk what happened and she kindly gave us a bottle of champagne and water and refunded our parking. She also offered discount breakfast AND her personal parking space! Wow. She really cared about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place, but park elsewhere!!!"
