My niece had booked five rooms for an overnight stay, well in advance, of our holiday in Jamaica. They informed us that one of our rooms was out of service so we would only have four. 🚩 RED FLAG When we arrived there was no receptionist to be found, BAD customer service, you cannot do that job remotely! The helpful housekeeper had to call the receptionist to find out what was happening as they were not on site. Then too make matters worst only two rooms were ready at 4pm, and they were nit cleaned properly, although check in is at 2pm. We decided to leave and found a wonderful place elsewhere (review to follow). The beach was right next to the property so that was going to be missed. I would not recommend this property just for the awful customer service and the said lady saying she would decide whether she would still take the money if we decided to go elsewhere. BIG NO
