I love this place. It is comfortable and clean. The price had been steadily increasing though in the past year.

Door to hotel room was open a crack upon check in, dead bolt was set and door unlocked. No TV remote in room, had to go down and get one. And then that one did not power tv on and off. Shower leaks so limited pressure. No hand soap in bathroom by sink or glasses. And drawer had no knob to open it. You can hear people and tv in rooms next door and upstairs.
we’ll see what breakfast looks like but anticipating buying breakfast else where.
Good price but would not stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean. Bed was not that comfortable but it was okay. Pool was nice but it was cold in the pool room kids ended up freezing. Breakfast was good. Overall good stay

Breakfast was standard, our room was dirty but the staff immediately changed our room . Pool was cloudy and dirty looking , the gym was great . I expected better conditions considering this is part of the Hilton family of hotels . The gem of the place was their staff. Super helpful pleasant and friendly.

Stayed here 5 years ago and had a good experience so decided to give it another shot. OMG this place has gone downhill. Positives: staff is friendly and hotel is relatively clean given below negatives. Location is ok with some restaurants and freeway access nearby. Parking was good. Negatives: hair deep in the bed sheets of my new room so clearly sheets were not changed. No housekeeping to change it because they clean every other day ‘for my convenience’. Only they didn’t clean for 3 days. Clientele is really rough - pajamas at breakfast, unruly kids running everywhere, teenagers running in the halls late at night. And a big party a few doors down making noise until literally 5 am. Called the front desk and they did nothing. Finally called it what it was and left a night early just to try and get some sleep. Do yourself a favor and find something else or go across the street to the nicer Hilton.

My tv only has 3 working channels. I did not inform the front desk due to my stay being short. Also the rooms have been cleaned better. Stains on the walls and rust on the shower rod.

We enjoyed our visit and stay at Hampton Inn and Suites. The staff was great and our room was great. Next time we will get a suite so that we can have a microwave in our room.
