Room was ready on time but was upgraded rooms. Absolutely stunning space (both lobby & room)

The room is relatively small, the lighting is average, the windows can hardly see the outdoor scenery, the location is very convenient, very close to the Central Park, the sanitation is very good, and the facilities are OK

The Wallace is the hotel I stay in when I am in NYC. It's location is perfect for me because it's close to restaurants, shops, Central Park, and my daughter's apartment.

Beautiful hotel. The pictures don’t show the magnificence of the rooms and the modern touches. My new preferred place to stay in NY. For a family, the accommodations are super spacious. Looking forward to returning
