"Soaking in a hot spring while gazing at a bamboo forest – now *that's* what winter should be like! The best decision we made on this trip to Anji was booking this homestay with a private hot spring! Tucked away in the mountains, the setting is absolutely stunning. Our room's private courtyard (or balcony) offered great privacy, and the hot spring tub looked out directly onto a bamboo grove. In the evening, the host filled up the hot spring water – it was steaming hot, and as I soaked, all I could hear was the rustling of bamboo leaves in the wind. Looking up, I could even see the stars. It felt like a whole week's worth of fatigue just melted away. The water temperature was perfect, and my skin felt so smooth afterwards. I had an amazing night's sleep. If you're looking to unwind and clear your mind, you absolutely have to experience this! 1️⃣ **Privacy:** The courtyard design is excellent; you don't have to worry about being disturbed. 2️⃣ **Water Quality:** The tub was filled to the brim, and the temperature was just right.
