"My daughter saw the newly opened Anji Sofitel Hotel online and was particularly fond of its unique infinity pool, so she booked two nights. Upon arrival, we found the hotel's exterior to be very grand and impressive, much like the Burj Al Arab. We drove from Shanghai to Anji and parked directly in the underground garage. There weren't many cars, so we parked right by the elevator. From the elevator to the first floor, staff members greeted us with smiles and helped us press the elevator to the 35th-floor reception. At the front desk, we met Guest Relations Manager Shana Wang during check-in, and she enthusiastically upgraded us to an executive room. The hotel room was spotless and tidy, with excellent bedding and bathroom facilities. Even the hairdryer was a Dyson. What I particularly loved was the pleasant aroma in the room. As it's a newly opened hotel, each room also had an air purifier, which was a thoughtful touch! Breakfast was also plentiful; my daughter loved the mini wontons, and I especially enjoyed the delicious noodles. The hotel's most photogenic spot is definitely the infinity pool, where my daughter and I had a great time taking many beautiful photos. During our stay, there was a minor hiccup, but Shana Wang took it very seriously and responded promptly. She also sincerely offered us a souvenir, which made us feel very warm and well-cared for. This was a good experience, and we will definitely stay here again. I hope the hotel can further optimize some minor details (such as the noise from the automatic curtains in the room). I believe the Anji Sofitel Hotel will be even more successful."
