"Super satisfied, the experience is very good! The room is spacious, the layout is very reasonable, the clothes hanging area and the suitcase placement area are large, the light is very good, there is no smell after just decoration, the sofa table and stool are both dirty and textured, and the bedside table has a wireless charging function. I tried it and it really works. The selection of books on the bedside is also good. The light control switch is simple and convenient, the lighting design is also very warm and comfortable, the diffuse oxygen supply exit is at the bedside, very convenient, only the curtain switch and the phone are on the other side of the bed, a little inconvenient, also equipped with a humidifier, this is very necessary, the network speed is not bad. You can see the Potala Palace on the sofa and lying on the bed. It is very cool to lie on the bed at night and watch the brightly lit Potala Palace! Outside the window, there are residential houses. During the day, you can see the life of the locals. There are also many pigeons cooing. The natural white noise is very relaxing. It is quiet without closing the window at night. The room is very warm. I stayed in mid-April. It was not cold at all. During the day, someone in the corridor can hear the voice when they pass by. There is basically no at night. It is very quiet for two nights. The bedding is unexpectedly comfortable, especially the pillow! I asked the front desk, the pillow is the deep sleep pillow Pro 1 in Atour Planet Mall, and I plan to buy it. The material of the sink, the smart toilet in the bathroom and the decoration color and quality of the shower are very like, very new and very clean! The tea bar is standard with free black tea white tea hanging ear coffee, snacks and 4 bottles of mineral water. It is also equipped with two portable coffee paper cups. It is very good. It is very good to drink black tea with the tea set provided. ~ The room service response was very fast. I accidentally spilled the soup on the ground. The Tibetan lady cleaning staff also quickly cleaned up. I also told me to eat Tibetan noodles in the morning. The soup was better and very enthusiastic! Hotel location is OK, but there is still a certain distance from Barkhor Street, about 10 minutes, the sweet tea house next to the hotel has everything, you can also call the takeaway robot to send the room, this time did not eat the hotel's breakfast, next time you have the opportunity to check in."

"Staying at Puxin for my Lhasa trip was a great choice, I was really happy with it overall. The location is super convenient; you can walk to several main attractions, which saved a lot of travel time. The rooms aren't super luxurious, but they're clean and practical, with thoughtful touches like disposable towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers. Some rooms even have individual oxygen concentrators, and there's nasal oxygen available in the lobby, which was very reassuring for adjusting to Lhasa's altitude. The owner can help with booking tours and recommending itineraries, which made planning our excursions to nearby areas much easier – we took so many scenic photos! What impressed me most, though, was the owner's attitude. He was incredibly warm and helpful without being intrusive, giving advice and solving problems like a friend. Plus, the Potala Palace view from the rooftop is fantastic. Definitely worth staying here!"

"This hotel is really great! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The front desk service was also very good; every time I passed by, they would greet me. Every staff member welcomed me with a smile and enthusiasm, making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, fresh and delicious, and they even had local specialties like ******* noodles, which really satisfied my taste buds. The location is also extremely convenient; it's a short 5-10 minute walk to both Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. All in all, my stay was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area – I'm sure you'll love every detail of this hotel as much as I did!"

"The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely have stayed a few more days if I hadn't already booked my flight. The hotel activities are also great. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk service. We had two rooms in our party, and one of them was upgraded, but we weren't informed. When I called the front desk, the first time they said they were busy with check-ins. The second time I called, they told me the room card was incorrect. A little later, they said it was an upgrade. I'm not sure how credible the front desk's statements are. Then, the next day, when I inquired about the deposit refund, they initially told me the deposit for room 501 had been returned. I told them I paid 1000 for both rooms together, and then they said room 507 hadn't been inspected yet. I'm not sure if the hotel front desk has proper systematic training. I booked for one night, and both explanations from the front desk felt deceptive. I hope the hotel can provide more training for their front desk staff. Although the front desk's actions made me uncomfortable, I'm very satisfied with how the hotel manager handled the situation. He went back and forth several times to resolve it for me and kept apologizing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Lhasa next time, but I sincerely hope they can thoroughly and systematically train their front desk staff. After all, it's a high-end hotel, but the front desk's communication style doesn't seem to match that standard."

"The hotel is located about 30 minutes walk from the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. It is located in the southwest of the Potala Palace. The restaurant on the fifth floor can fully see the Potala Palace. Some rooms on the third and fourth floors can also be seen on the north side. The hotel agreed in advance on the 318 National Road, the front desk clerk knew that he could pick up and drop off the city attractions for free once. I asked if the Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace were good for parking. I didn't tell us that the hotel had a free pick-up service. I also blamed myself for not remembering the order service. There is an underground parking lot. Between the two bridges, you must turn right to cross the bridge or cross the bridge. The two-lane road is half occupied and not obvious. Everything else is OK."

"The newly opened hotel is clean, the boss is very good, although there is no elevator, it will help you with your luggage, the boss is very warm and polite, there is no impatient to need things in the middle of the night, there is a small suggestion that the toilet pad can be directly covered, The hotel is preparing for a long time. The glue will have residue on the toilet. It is difficult to brush it. In general, the hotel environment is very good."

"The computer is very good. There is a dryer for me to experience, but honestly, the dryer is useless, and it doesn't work for a long time. , The faucet in the bath has to be pulled to the end to be hot and cold, brothers don't be roasted. , The only uncomfortable point is that the air conditioner does not turn on, the door is still quite hot inside, and then check out at one point and check in at three. There is a disposable razor in the public area, although I will not use it."

"Lhasa Riya Yunsa Hotel! From the lungs, give five stars praise! I share everything I feel with my family. First, the train station VIP business car and the core attractions free shuttle. Second, set a big bed and standard room, help us upgrade to a family room for free. Third, the room facilities are all artificial intelligence. The reception desk will always be answered. Fourth, know that I am high anti-reverse, and also gave glucose and hand cream. Fifth, the hotel lobby gives you free hot drinks and your daily needs of glasses cloth, sewing kit, band-aid, masks and so on. Oxygen supply from 8pm to the next morning. Seventh, the hotel has just been renovated not long, all the equipment is very new, clean and elegant. Eighth, the family room has the baby's own tent small world and their toys, it is really great. The price is close to the people, the service is intimate, the money is saved and comfortable, ordinary people come to Lhasa to stay in this home, I really recommend it to friends who are going to travel!"

"The new hotel that just opened, the location is easy to find, on the roadside, there is a large parking lot in the courtyard, the front desk guy is very good in Mandarin, softly spoken, patiently meticulous, clear and clear, and always smile, first take a look at the room, once open the door, the white window screen is in sight, And the fresh air, the breeze is glazed, very satisfactory! All the items in the room are clean and tidy, with everything you need, with pictures. Central air conditioning, centralized oxygen supply, and humidifiers are all available. It is really unexpected. It seems to be more comprehensive than the introduction of the expensive hotel I saw, ha! The lobby on the first floor is also equipped with coffee, milk tea, tea, snacks, it is no exaggeration to say that although your hotel does not have the grandeur of the five-star hotel lobby, the comfort of the rooms and corridors is no less than that of some ”five-star” hotels! This is my feeling that I only entered the store for an hour. The guy introduced the breakfast here is also very good. I look forward to it! Make persistent efforts, I wish your hotel a rolling source of customers, all of whom come are high-quality guests, keep this clean and tidy environment and state, let good word of mouth spread, and attract more guests to stay! The basin is used on the ”Wrigley” round table, the same as the ”pen wash” I use at home, I hope it will not be used as an ashtray! There are a lot of electrical power sockets, charging is very convenient) Let's talk about it here for the time being, haha 😊"
