"When I first arrived in Lhasa, I was completely moved by this highland holy city. The air is clear, the sun is full, the Potala Palace is magnificent, the Jokhang Temple is full of incense, the turn is full of piety and tranquility, the slow-paced life makes people relieve fatigue, it is a place worth going to for a lifetime, just moved in a slightly high reaction, the body is particularly uncomfortable, originally very worried, Fortunately, the customer service manager Qingshuang was particularly intimate. He sent fruit and warm-hearted supper in time. It was meticulous and thoughtful. It instantly relieved a lot of discomfort and anxiety. The hotel service was warm and intimate. Other staff were also sincere and friendly. I felt a sense of security in this strange plateau. The accommodation experience also exceeded expectations"

"This hotel is really great! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The front desk service was also very good; every time I passed by, they would greet me. Every staff member welcomed me with a smile and enthusiasm, making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, fresh and delicious, and they even had local specialties like ******* noodles, which really satisfied my taste buds. The location is also extremely convenient; it's a short 5-10 minute walk to both Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. All in all, my stay was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area – I'm sure you'll love every detail of this hotel as much as I did!"

"Staying at Dongmawa Homestay was definitely the best decision I made on this trip to Tibet! 🏨The location is fantastic! From the rooftop terrace, you can have a complete view of the Potala Palace at night. Having dinner or afternoon tea with friends on the terrace while enjoying the view was incredibly pleasant! The room amenities are comparable to a five-star hotel! It has a Dyson humidifier and hairdryer. There's also a washing machine with a dryer and a small refrigerator. The diffused oxygen supply helped me sleep soundly without worrying about altitude sickness. Their breakfast was absolutely amazing—so plentiful! The owner was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the Tibetan-style decor was full of delightful surprises. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lhasa!!"

"Environment: I really loved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lhasa. It's a very stylish hotel, and compared to the St. Regis, it attracts a much younger crowd. Service: The staff at the front desk, both male and female, were all very friendly and even gave us complimentary breakfast. Facilities: Everything is very new, and the humidifier was excellent – my skin didn't feel dry at all. 24-hour diffused oxygen service: Perfectly alleviated any altitude sickness."

"Bringing family to Lhasa, our biggest concerns were altitude sickness and transportation inconvenience, and this guesthouse took good care of both. There was a free nasal oxygen concentrator in the lobby, and some rooms even had individual oxygen machines, which was reassuring for first-time visitors to high altitudes. The receptionist and owner were very attentive, reminding us not to rush, to drink plenty of water, and to rest as much as possible upon arrival. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. The rooms provided disposable towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers, making us feel clean and at ease with family. The owner was incredibly welcoming, patiently chatting with my parents and even offering suggestions for our next day's activities. Our stay felt very personal and welcoming, not just a cold, impersonal accommodation."

"The room was large and clean, and it was comfortable to sleep. The room is well-equipped, and the big brother in the lobby is particularly enthusiastic and actively helps with luggage. There are 2 things. I forgot to put mineral water after the room was cleaned. I woke up at 7 o'clock the next morning when I checked in late. I found that there was no water. I contacted the front desk and said this situation. The result was: ”You come to the front desk to get it.” What about me? The front desk is still on duty and I didn't get up, so the guests got up? Did not wash or change clothes to let the guests go downstairs to get water? The minimum service should be that you say sorry first, and arrange to send water immediately, whether it is manual or robot delivery. Or ask the guests to come down and get it or send water up. I said that I couldn't go downstairs without washing, so I said that I would let the robot send it. The robot could not ring the doorbell. I had to keep opening the door and wait. . . I could have continued to sleep and got dressed. Recently, there are many guests staying at the Peach Blossom Festival, and the departure is relatively early. The breakfast restaurant has been empty at 7:40. Several dishes, porridge, soy milk, front desk, serving, waiter, and table cleaning are just one person. . . I couldn't eat for a long time, and no one collected the table after eating. It was a mess. Make sure to manage it."
