Nanjing Fuzimiao Laomendong Yifei Resort Hotel is located in the core business district of Nanjing Fuzimiao and within the Laomendong Scenic Area. The hotel is only 700 meters away from Wudingmen Station of Subway Line 3, with extremely convenient transportation. The hotel skillfully combines the architectural aesthetics of traditional residential buildings with the modern minimalist concept of comfort. The exterior retains the classical charm of horse-head walls and lattice windows, while the interior space uses clean lines, natural light and shadow, and local artworks to create a serene and textured contemporary oriental atmosphere. The guest rooms are equipped with an intelligent room control system, high-quality bedding, and independent work areas, and some room types even feature private courtyards, allowing you to savor tea, read books, and feel the gentle flow of time in a quiet corner; the buffet restaurant, 24-hour gym, and self-service laundry room enable guests to maintain comfort and vitality during their travels; the "Creative Yifei Space" in the first-floor lobby offers coffee, light meals, Chinese tea tasting, selected craft beers, and carefully selected French wines prepared by Yifei, meeting all the needs of guests and allowing you to enjoy every moment of relaxation; the Yifei journey awakens the memories of the city.

"This hotel is located right next to the Laomendong scenic area, nestled against the city wall and a residential neighborhood, so it's quite peaceful. There's an entrance/exit to the city wall nearby where you can buy tickets between 8 AM and 5 PM. The hotel rooms are spacious, though there aren't many chairs (but you can ask the front desk to bring an extra one). The environment is lovely, the facilities are good, and it's very clean. When I stayed, breakfast was semi-buffet style. You chose your main course the day before at the front desk, and then you could pick other small dishes, fruits, and drinks from the buffet counter next to the front desk. P.S.: It would be even better if there were more places to put things."

"Newly renovated in 2025, this hotel boasts an unbeatable location right next to Xinjiekou subway station, Deji Plaza, and Nanjing XINBAI, making it incredibly convenient for both travel and shopping. The service was warm and attentive; they even upgraded me to a complimentary King-size room with a view! The entire room is smart-enabled and fully equipped, with everything spotlessly clean. It unfortunately rained during my stay, but the hotel thoughtfully provided free umbrellas. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of pastries, milk, soy milk, and coffee. Overall, a very satisfying experience."

Dreamland Designer Homestay is a boutique brand built on the core philosophy of “Designing Dreams, Coming Home While Journeying.” We specialize in fusing spatial aesthetics with authentic local experiences. Moving beyond homogeneous traditional accommodations, we deeply integrate design artistry, regional culture, and the needs of the traveler. Every space is crafted to be a livable work of art, and every journey becomes an encounter with beautiful design. For discerning travelers who seek quality and aesthetic experience, we create dream dwellings that blend artistic sensibility, comfort, and a sense of belonging. Since our founding, Dreamland has steadfastly upheld the core values of Aesthetics, Locality, Warmth, and Texture. Each of our properties is uniquely tailored by a professional design team, rejecting repetitive style templates. We delve into the natural endowments and cultural heritage of each destination, translating local cultural symbols into a modern design language—from architectural form and spatial layout to the finest soft furnishing details. The roughness of native stone, the warmth of solid wood grain, and the ingenuity of intangible cultural heritage crafts are all woven into the fabric of our spaces. The play of light and shadow, the artistry of negative space, and the dialogue between materials collectively outline our design aesthetic, allowing architecture to grow naturally from its environment and enabling guests to immersively perceive the local spirit and design charm. In shaping our spaces, we balance design appeal with practicality, eschewing extravagant, superfluous forms in favor of intentional details that serve both function and mood. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame majestic natural vistas, turning mountains, clouds, and city life into a dynamic backdrop for the room. Human-centric layouts accommodate diverse travel needs, while whole-home smart systems and high-quality amenities ensure that artistic living never compromises comfort. Our communal areas are conceived as “living room-style” hubs, softening boundaries and fostering natural interaction among travelers within an aesthetic space, thereby building a warm, temporary community. Our service experience revolves around “Customized Aesthetic Hospitality,” extending the design philosophy to every touchpoint of the stay. Our dedicated concierge team combines aesthetic sensibility with deep local knowledge. From pre-arrival personalized itinerary planning and aesthetic experience recommendations, to curated local dining and guides to hidden gems during the stay, and further to immersive local activities like非遗手作 (intangible cultural heritage handcraft workshops) or nature exploration—we ensure guests don't just stay in a designed space, but deeply experience the life and culture of the destination. We maintain stringent quality benchmarks through standardized hygiene and service protocols, adding a layer of reassurance to the artistic journey, allowing travelers to find relaxation and a sense of home within the beauty of design. Dreamland caters to urban travelers, culture enthusiasts, quality-conscious couples, and families who share a love for aesthetics and profound travel experiences. Whether for a city retreat, a mountain healing escape, or a cultural exploration, guests find a design-led residence that resonates with their journey. We actively practice ecological and cultural sustainability by selecting eco-friendly materials, implementing energy-efficient operations, and collaborating deeply with local artisans and heritage custodians. This transforms our homestays into vessels for revitalizing and sharing regional culture, achieving a symbiotic integration of design, travel, nature, and heritage. Looking ahead, Dreamland Designer Homestay will continue to deepen its expertise in the designer accommodation sector, expanding to more premium destinations. Through more creative spatial design, deeper local immersion, and warmer customized service, we aim to establish a benchmark brand in China—one distinguished equally by its aesthetic identity and its genuinely warm hospitality. We hold a firm belief that good design makes journeys more meaningful. We aspire to be the vessel, guided by design, that carries every traveler toward their dream of the perfect stay, ensuring that each visit is a flawless encounter with “Dreams and Beauty.”

The staff are incredibly welcoming, and both the lobby and rooms are exceptionally clean. Honestly, among all the Atour/Even hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this is one of the best for overall value for money. The breakfast buffet is also delicious. Highly recommend!"

The room is new and it is clean, the soap provided smells nice if you like woody scents. The staff are helpful and pleasant! Cons would be I'm not really sure how to use the TV because my chinese isn't very good, but other controls in the room are rather intuitive."

"The front desk and all service staff were incredibly professional and had excellent work ethics. I had numerous questions and requests regarding room types, location, and dining services before and during my stay, and the staff patiently addressed each one. This perfectly compensated for the new hotel's very minor hardware shortcomings (which were extremely minor and subjectively noted). In short, efficient communication, satisfactory results – their perfect service philosophy and attitude will win over many guests. There's no need to elaborate much on the room itself. The 25-square-meter room was very well laid out, with a separate wet/dry area and smart lighting and temperature controls, which are almost expected. The linen and cleaning were also meticulously handled. This positive review isn't 'bought'; it's earned through experience. Thumbs up for this new hotel, definitely worth a stay!"
