"The hotel is very well-maintained, and the service is excellent. Stefhany checked me in at the front desk, and it was a very quick process; she was incredibly friendly. I was able to store my luggage while waiting for my room to be ready at 3 PM. Although the area outside isn't the best, with some questionable individuals due to its proximity to the terminal, there was always security nearby, and police patrols were frequent. The rooms were quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. It's located two blocks from Termini, and there's a bus station very close by, which made getting around easy, especially when returning late at night."

"Close to the train station, yet the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The walk there is on flat, easy-to-manage roads, perfect for luggage. A large supermarket is just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The entire place is newly renovated, very clean, and odor-free. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Rome."

"I was given a dirty blanket without a cover. The view from the economy room was quite bad, looking into an air shaft. The room was very small. There was no soundproofing at all; all the noise starts at 7 AM and is audible, waking you up."

"Absolutely loved it!!!!!! Location: It's a 10-minute walk from the station, which is perfectly acceptable even with a large suitcase. Not too strenuous. Service: Incredibly friendly. They let us check in early, which we really appreciated! 🙏 Room: Super beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the hairdryer was excellent! The room and lobby have quite different decor styles, which is unique and very pretty! Btw, if you opt out of housekeeping, the hotel gives you drink vouchers you can redeem! 👍🏻 Hope to stay here again someday. "The hotel's listing photos (P3) are highly misleading. It's not a multi-story building, but rather a simple, two-story structure in front of one. During a 38-degree heatwave in Rome, the air conditioning was completely inadequate, making it impossible to relax in the room during the day. I suspect the building itself has flaws, likely making it hot in summer and cold in winter. This is nowhere near 4-star quality; it feels more like a larger guesthouse. P1 and P2 show the hotel hallway. The rooms have only basic amenities. **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was acceptable. **Environment**: The hotel is right by the road, so there was noise at night. However, the location is very convenient, with metro and bus stops right outside, and a supermarket nearby. Walking to major Roman attractions takes 10-30 minutes, which is a plus. **Service**: The lady at check-in was very polite, but couldn't make up for the hotel's simple facilities and insufficient air conditioning. (Perhaps the platform gave a 4-star expectation). **Negative Point**: We had an early morning flight on our last day and mentioned it the night before, but no packed breakfast was prepared for us. Even when staff were preparing breakfast, our request for it was denied. **Breakfast**: The variety was quite good. **Cooking Class**: Not offered and not even mentioned. **City Tour**: The front desk lady gave us a map at check-in, highlighting important attractions. I suppose that's what this complimentary service refers to. I rarely leave such a low rating, but the cost versus the experience was completely out of balance. The platform should verify its 4-star rating."

"A cozy hotel without breakfast, but they offer a promotion for the neighboring Milano. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is a bonus: right across from the hotel is a functioning basilica and many delicious restaurants. The street is quiet, even though it's close to the train station, but it's not near the train station. I can confidently recommend it to my friends and subscribers. "We had an amazing time here. The hotel is located right in the middle of the centre with easy walkable access to the main attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and the Colosseum. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is furnished to a high standard and it is very clean and new. They also have a lovely terrace area. I would definitely return here and would 100% recommend staying at this hotel."
