Newly opened and conveniently located near Sendai Morning Market, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business guests.
"The location is great, just past Sendai Morning Market, making it super convenient to get to from the station. The amenities are a smart 'grab what you need' style from the lobby to the elevator, which I appreciate – no waste. The room itself is very clean, likely because the hotel hasn't been open for too long. It also feels spacious, with a nice table facing the TV. While it seems a bit pricier than other Koko Hotels, it's a really convenient option, and I'd definitely want to stay here again next time I'm in Sendai."

"Overall, the hotel's location is very convenient. For guests with large luggage, it's great as it's easy to get to from SPAL or the nearby Grand Hyatt Hotel. Inside the room, there's still space to move around even after laying out two large suitcases. The refrigerator has separate sections for regular chilled food and a freezer, which is fantastic – you can store ice cream you buy back to the hotel and eat it later. The only minor issue is that the blinds by the window let in some light, which can feel a bit lacking in privacy from the street, but it's fine if you don't sit right by the window."
