"Yamanakako Choju Inn was, without a doubt, the best accommodation I experienced during my 12-day trip to Tokyo. Even though our stay was only for a short night, it left an incredibly wonderful impression. **Location & Environment:** The inn is nestled approximately 500 meters from Lake Yamanaka and is incredibly close to the bus stop, just a 3-minute walk away, making transportation very convenient. The town itself is built on a slope, and the inn's slightly elevated position offers panoramic views of the surrounding buildings. It’s tucked away from the noisy main road. Taking an evening stroll below the inn, accompanied by the mountain mist, was truly enchanting. The clouds drifted between the buildings, ethereal as gauze, gently enveloping the quiet village. Walking alone, my footsteps muffled by the damp earthen path, I felt as though my very being was dissolving into the vast whiteness of the fog. **Hygiene & Facilities:** The inn's decor features traditional Japanese tatami architecture. Unlike the often cramped hotels in cities like Osaka and Tokyo, the rooms here are remarkably spacious. Opening the window, you're greeted with the fresh, fragrant scent of rain-soaked earth mixed with flowers and plants. The cleanliness is impeccable; upon entering the lobby, guests are asked to change into Japanese slippers, truly ensuring a spotless environment. The tatami mats and bedding were meticulously cleaned, and the traditional Japanese style immediately evokes a sense of comfort and relaxation upon entry. There were no unpleasant odors anywhere, and the soundproofing was excellent. A crucial highlight was the hot water supply – and the water heating system was spotless! The second floor boasts a very comfortable bath, fully equipped. Soaking in the tub after a busy day, shedding my clothes, felt like stepping into another world. The inn also offers bicycle rental services, which were literally half the price compared to those outside, making it incredibly convenient. On the walls, there are maps detailing photo spots and restaurants around Mt. Fuji, making it super easy to plan your itinerary for the next few days. **Service:** Both the kind lady at the front desk and the owner are Chinese, which made communication incredibly easy. During our one-night stay, they helped my friend and me tremendously. As two young men in an entirely unfamiliar environment, we naturally had many questions, and the lady at the front desk enthusiastically answered them all and recommended nearby attractions. The next day, as we were leaving, my friend and I struggled with buying tickets due to our lack of Japanese, but the owner kindly helped us book them online – which was an enormous help! The experience this inn provided is truly beyond words. Photos P1-P5 show the interior of the inn and views within 300 meters; you can see the majestic Mt. Fuji standing tall just a short walk from the inn. P6-P7 are of Lake Yamanakako, very close to the inn. Taking a walk or enjoying the breeze by the lake in the morning or evening is a fantastic choice. P8 shows the inn's interior environment, which is very spacious overall. P9 is a screenshot of the owner helping me with a Shinjuku bus inquiry – a huge thanks to the owner! P10 is the Mt. Fuji navigation map displayed in the lobby. The last bonus picture is one my friend and I took that night. Although the photo is blurry, I believe this isn't a technical flaw but rather a profound memory, etched even deeper than a clear recollection, a gift from time itself!"
