"This is a newly opened hotel in Pattaya with an excellent location. The front desk staff can speak basic Chinese. The room was spacious and very clean, and toiletries were provided, unlike some hotels that don't offer them. The breakfast was delicious, and there were free drinks available in the lobby. I stayed for 3 consecutive days, and the room was cleaned punctually every day."

"In short, it fits the definition of a 3 star hotel and offers very good value for money. Positive points: -The rooms are clean. -The pool is large and inviting. -The staff is polite and helpful. On the downside, -The location is a bit far, about a 15 minute walk from the main area near Terminal 21. -Sound insulation is poor. -Maintenance could be better, but nothing too serious."

"We had an amazing stay at Aston hotel in Pattaya. The location was great, walking distance to everything you need but the open vans are directly outside the hotel if you’re feeling lazy and they are super cheap. Staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. Breakfast available from the coffee shop on the ground floor and although not a great selection it’s enough to start to your day. Great roof top pool area and you can order drinks using the phone and staff will deliver to the pool area. Adequate gym also available fo those wanting to keep fit. The bed was very comfortable, loved having the balcony and smart TV with Netflix and you tube. Housekeeping kept everything sparkling every day. Overall, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this little gem of a hotel and I’ll definitely be back!"

"I love it when professionals take care of me! Everything was to my complete satisfaction for one night. I'll definitely be back and can recommend it to everyone. Booking a room here is definitely not a mistake. There's a 7/11 right next door. In front of the hotel, there are food stalls for a quick bite and an open-air restaurant with music (highly recommended, good quality, friendly and prompt service – they're very attentive). There's also a massage parlor directly in front of the hotel. It's about an 11-15 minute scooter ride from Walking Street. I'll be back."

"I have mixed feelings about this place. I appreciate the ascetic minimalism, but the execution is poor. Cleanliness and newness were important to me, and I got neither. The room didn't have a balcony and the windows faced an empty lot (even though I booked a sea view). Upon check-in, the shower drain was clogged, but they cleaned it after I complained. The mattress was terribly saggy and squeaky. Out of six nights, the room was only cleaned on the first two days and the last day. Naturally, there was no water, no toilet paper, and no clean towels. We had to take out the trash ourselves. I hope the hotel management gets things in order, because the location of the hotel is superb."

"This hotel is owned by Chinese people. I spent a long time searching online for a hotel before I found this one. Most of the guests staying here are Chinese. The owner is very warm and helpful. The hotel is newly opened, the environment is great, and it's very quiet. The facilities are quite similar to those in Chinese hotels; they even provide slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. It's also very close to the sea, and convenient for getting to anywhere. On the day we left for home, the owner even drove us to the station."

"I really loved this hotel! The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony. The furniture is good quality and well-maintained, not worn out at all. There's a large fridge with a separate freezer compartment. The shower has a door and hot water (not just lukewarm, haha!). Toiletries were always replenished. The location is generally convenient; it's an equal distance to both the city center and Jomtien. You can get pretty much anywhere for 25-30 baht using a motorbike taxi (Bolt or Grab). You could walk to the pier in about 15-20 minutes, but I didn't feel like it. The beach is also about a 15-minute walk down the street. It's a small beach without boats, and the water is quite clean compared to the city center or Jomtien, similar to Cosy Beach. There's a 7/11 nearby, and a large Tops supermarket opened at the beginning of February. Just be aware that almost the entire Pratumnak area is on a hill, so all your movements will be uphill and downhill. This might be challenging for some if they're only walking. Guests were also fine. Personally, I liked everything: the staff, location, cleanliness, cost, and everything else. I'm ready to come back here again."

"I used to stay downtown and wasn't a fan of the vibe there. Luckily, I found this hotel run by Chinese owners, and it was super clean. The hotel could use a bit of an update; with some renovations, it could probably charge higher prices like the neighboring hotels. I feel very fortunate to have found this place. They have a nice coffee shop around the corner that's open from 10 AM to 6 PM – it's a good treat! Also, the hotel is near the temple and is very quiet. I loved my stay there."

"The environment within the complex is excellent, with swimming pools between every building that are cleaned daily. The complex is also very safe, with security guards patrolling, and many foreigners reside there. The room was very clean, and the owner is Chinese. He recommended many fun activities in Pattaya, like elephant riding and shooting, and even helped us get them at a very low price. The entire experience was fantastic, five-star review!"
