"I booked a Deluxe King Room based on the photos on the booking site, but I ended up staying in a room that matched the pictures for a lower-grade room category. On the second day, I asked again to double-check, but the hotel staff just looked at the printout they had and insisted that the room provided was indeed a Deluxe King. I've stayed at many hotels before, but this is the first time I've been given a room that was different from the pictures shown."

"Although I would give this hotel five stars on all the standard measures (if it can even be called a hotel — it's more like a cozy, magical little home, with service that rivaled some of the five-star hotels I've stayed in), I have to admit that what pushed my satisfaction over the top was what happened when I came down to the ”lobby” to ask whether checking out at 3 a.m. would be a problem. The answer, of course, was ”no problem.” But the family who owns the place — a sister, a brother, and their mother and father, all of whom seem to live there — happened to be sitting down together to a simple Vietnamese dinner. They invited me to join them, and the invitation felt completely genuine, so with deep gratitude I sat down. (To be fair, no future guest should expect this — it was a spontaneous kindness, not a service.) The simple food was enjoyable, but the real pleasure was getting to know the four of them. I talked mostly with the 35-year-old son, whose English was the best. His sister was 33, and the father, seated on my left, was 71. They were amazed to learn that I was 82. After a heartwarming dinner and conversation, I returned to my magical little room — really more like a small studio apartment — as befits an early-to-bed man."

"I stayed at this hotel with my family, and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The room looked exactly like the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is also great—it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and there’s a 24-hour convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. "The front desk staff were great, very friendly and spoke good English. However, our room had a downside: it was right next to a bar, so it was noisy from evening until late night. Luckily, the noise stopped later on. One thing I'd suggest improving is changing the glass door to a solid one or adding a curtain. The light from outside was quite bright, and I have trouble sleeping if the room isn't completely dark. We didn't want to switch rooms because we were exhausted from traveling, and we figured all the room doors would be similar anyway. Good thing I brought an eye mask! Otherwise, everything else was fine."

"A beautiful hotel, I simply loved it inside and out. Everything is carved, the furniture is veneered and tasteful. There's a shop opposite that's open until 10 PM. We had a fridge. The air conditioning in the room works very powerfully. There's a clothes dryer on the balcony, which overlooked Dragon Bridge, and we could see the fireworks at 9 PM on Sunday. There are washing machines on the top floor. I kindly ask the staff to tend to the flowers on the roof by the pool, as some of the adeniums have already lost their leaves."

"Pros: So many! Location: Close to shops and cafes. It’s a pleasant 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Beach: You can get to the equipped beach directly by crossing the road. A sun lounger under an umbrella costs 40k VND. It’s best to bring your own towels as they aren't provided (though they are available at reception in the apartments upon request). You can also just lay your towel on the sand. There were waves, but they were gentle and safe for swimming. There were few people in the morning and during the day, but it got packed by evening. Designated areas are roped off for swimming, with surfers on the sides to prevent mixing. Service: Unobtrusive but high quality. All the staff smiled and were eager to help. It was especially nice when they helped with our luggage upon checkout without us even asking. Thanks to the team, Helen and Rio! Housekeeping: Daily cleaning with fresh towels every time. The bed linen was changed every 3 days (I think). They washed dishes and wiped everything down. Breakfast: A complimentary welcome breakfast was served at the building across the street. It was a small buffet, but had plenty of everything: eggs, soup, pastries, vegetables, and fruits. After the welcome breakfast, it costs 100k VND per person. Apartment Amenities: One bedroom and a living room, plus a huge balcony. There’s a washing machine and a dryer that didn't work. We brought our own rope and clothes pegs, and our clothes dried very quickly. There’s a BBQ on the balcony, but we didn't use it. It has a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, plates for first and second courses, and cutlery. The Wi-Fi is good (suitable for video calls). Air conditioning in every room, and it gets really cold. Slippers were provided, but no bathrobes. Pool: Beyond excellent! After an exhausting day, diving into your own private pool is incredibly refreshing. It's 1.6m deep, and the water warmed up nicely throughout the day. It was cleaned every 3 days by arrangement (we coordinated the time). There's also a pool in the building across the street (which you can use), along with a tiny gym (exercise bike, multi-functional rack, and dumbbells). Cons: Honestly, none unless you actively look for them. You could mention the non-working dryer, but that’s a minor detail. We came to the coast for the excellent sea and fruits, and there was an abundance of both."
