"Since our originally booked room had an issue, we received a fantastic upgrade to a suite. It was pleasantly spacious, divided into two areas: a sleeping area and a kitchen area with cabinets. The bathroom had a large bathtub, but wasn't ideal for showering. The rooftop pool and the view from one floor up were amazing. We didn't actually use the pool, but it looked very clean. Definitely next time! We found the breakfast to be only mediocre. Not a wide selection, but it filled you up. The breakfast area on the gallery is very small and quite cold, not particularly inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful; thank you again! The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it's very quiet. However, you can quickly get into the action by taxi. We'd happily come back again."

"Best value for money, highly recommended! It was perfect for a 24-hour stay: I checked in at 11 PM after getting off the train from Hue, checked out at 11 PM the next day, and then caught a 3 AM flight. The hotel is clean and the service is great. The Dragon Bridge is clearly visible from the room. The infinity pool and rooftop bar are also excellent! Breakfast was delicious too! The only downside was that I couldn't adjust the air conditioning properly and it was a bit cold 😅"

"Pleasantly surprised, it exceeded my expectations! The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. In terms of value for money, it's currently the best. The only downside is the soundproofing of the door; you can hear everything happening in the hallway, especially when people are opening/closing doors, or if there are kids and tour groups around. However, the bed truly is exceptional and very soft. When it's quiet, I sleep soundly until morning, which is wonderful."

"It was very convenient to have a rice cooker, dishes, and cutlery in the room! The dishes were especially useful for spreading out our delivery food. The refrigerator was also larger than in a typical hotel! There's a washing machine and even powdered detergent provided. There's not much space to hang laundry, so it might be best to do small loads frequently."

It was advertised as a “garden view,” but in reality, it overlooked an open area with a few concrete structures. The staff member was very helpful and friendly, and we genuinely appreciated his assistance. However, he repeatedly asked how long we would be staying in the city and frequently tried to recommend hotels and other services. He even called us while we were out enjoying the city, which felt a little excessive. He also recommended that we purchase Ba Na Hills tickets through his contact. We decided to book them ourselves through other websites and ended up saving around 400,000 VND compared with the price he quoted. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, and the staff was helpful, but I would recommend checking prices and booking tours independently rather than relying solely on the recommendations provided by the hotel."

"A very good, cozy hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is very friendly and always eager to help. They provided everything we asked for without any problems: * hair dryer; * a mop (because we have a small child); * iron; * a battery for a computer mouse. Also, you can do laundry for free on the fifth floor, and the hotel provides the detergent. Thanks to the staff for their care and excellent attitude towards guests! We would gladly stay here again next time."

"The staff were wonderful, very responsive to requests. Overall, it's good value for money. There's a kitchen, and a big plus is having two TVs, both supporting apps. The sea view is nice, but there's ongoing construction outside the window which is constantly noisy, and once the new building is finished, the sea view will be gone. The location is excellent, with everything nearby. For our family, the inconvenience was that the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, and we were on the 5th, so we had to carry the stroller up and down."
