"The hotel was lovely and in a convenient location. We only stayed for one night but managed to make use of the wonderful spa and gorgeous breakfast. The spa staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating to all our needs. It is easy to get into Edinburgh City Centre either by use of the Park and Ride (10 mins away) or drive in (30 mins). If you book, make sure you add on the breakfast, you will not be disappointed!"

"Great service at the front desk. The woman who served me at the desk was extremely friendly and gave me some lovely conversation after a long travel. She also gave me a ticket to take the shuttle bus to the airport the next morning which is extremely convenient and only took a few minutes, from the airport you can get a bus or tram into the city centre proper. Breakfast was hot, hearty and delicious, and served over a long period of time. It’s an airport hotel with friendly staff and good rates!"

"Exactly what you need. Big, clean, well furnished room with all the amenities you’d need. Breakfast was good - available from 0400 and had the ability to take a coffee with you. Check-in and out seamless - less than 5 minute walk from the car rental lot and the same for the walk to the departure terminal. You absolutely stay again."

"5 minutes walk from airport with clean comfortable rooms. Showers had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided which was really useful for the quick overnight with hand luggage journey we took. Reception area has a chill bar area with couches a pool table and table football so a nice place to eat/relax before flying. Room was quiet and well soundproofed despite being next to airport and road. Great views from fourth floor of planes coming in and out The staff were uniformly kind and helpful. Be aware that they do not accept cash Would definitely come back"

"The check-in was straightforward and we used express checkout to leave. Our room was good. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed our food, which was fairly priced for this type of hotel at the airport. It was fairly easy for us to walk to the airport straight from the hotel and any reasonably fit person should be able to drag large cases that distance. All was well and we enjoyed our stay."

"Lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. She helped us check in and get our room at 12pm which was excellent after driving for 3 hours. Room was warm, modern and clean with all the amenities. We ordered breakfast(room service) through the online ordering system which was slightly confusing ie it didn’t allow me to select only 1 person. Also, I didn’t realise that for the Scottish breakfast you would need to select toast from the Continental selection in order to get it. However, was pleasantly surprised that one of the ladies from the restaurant brought up to my room some toast and pastries. Only thing to improve on for the hotel is the coffee was very weak. I would recommend staying at the hotel. Love the grounds and the “castle” stately home look of the hotel."

"Good location. Close to famous bridge. I was luck to see from my room the bridge during the night which was lovely. Good value for money. As the restaurant down do anymore buffet breakfast just made to order I have chosen to eat outside. Close you will find McDonald and M&S food. The village itself has a lot of restaurant and take aways. I did enjoy the stay. Room comfortably, well equipped and clean. Free parking onsite although don't forget to register you car registration in the cctv system while checking in. "
