Located in the old town. There are many attractions around. However, there is a fee for checking in a few hours in advance.

Reception staff was distracted and dismissive on arrival. The room was ok but lack of plugs to use and the ones we had was broken. The kettle was used once due to it sounding like it was going to blow up and seemed unsafe to use. On the plus side bar staff and cleaners was polite and helpful when needed anything.

Fun weekend in Newcastle. Staff were friendly and efficient. Some minor issues with the room were quickly sorted out. Great location to stay - close enough to everything but far enough em away not to be disturbed by noise. We’ll be back!

Where do I start - the service was absolutely fantastic and I had an incredibly comfortable stay. Lovely staff and nice clean rooms. Very convenient location and a delicious breakfast. And a bargain too!!!! I’ll be back!!!! Many thanks guys
