環境：別院在王康樂藝術館的院子裏，外面的大路目前在裝修，為了迎接世界佛學大會（因此五一期間很多景點都暫停營業了），進入藝術館後，很幽靜，再經過長廊便是前台餐廳和房間了，訂的房間在二樓，原本是兩室一廳套房，節假日期間遊客太多，套房也就拆開銷售了。站在二樓，窗外就是專屬綠地公園，可以草坪旁邊燒烤，遛娃，下棋…環境封閉幽靜，適合帶娃休憩。
衞生：老闆娘機關單位出身，對房間衞生要求也有自己的標準，這點還是讓人安心不少，整體來説很不錯啦
設施：交通也方便，旁邊有停車場，河對岸就是蔣氏故居和步行街，旁邊是民國大雜院，不過我們不是自駕，房間內民宿常規有的都有，前台旁邊還有個麻將桌，早餐如圖也不錯
服務：別院房間不多，有一個別墅，其他都是套房，如果是一大家人自駕，住在山上，或者住在這是個不錯的選擇，老闆娘推薦的餐廳武陵大飯店也不錯，價格比凱凱家常菜貴一些，但環境好，菜品顏值和味道都不錯。對了，別院也可以預訂午餐。

誤打誤撞進了這個別緻的民宿小院，院對面就是商業街，但回到院裏，就是世外桃源的寧靜雅緻，房間走廊，小院都很用心，像回到了老家，很放鬆，很愜意。

好的環境可惜沒有好服務。環境真的很好，在一個美術館院子裏，民宿樓前有一塊打理得很好的園子，樹和水的造景都比較考究，我們訂了套房也寬敞舒適。但是這真是我住過那麼多民宿，服務體驗最差的一次了。在平台定了兩天含每天四分早餐，第一天是專門提醒了給了我們四份，第二天不提醒就默默給三份。礦泉水定額一天就給四瓶，多了沒有。電視打開看不了説沒辦法，要第二天才能解決。最離譜的是，前兩天基本不理我們的，退房當天早飯，老闆硬拉着我們聊天，要我們給好評，真的讓人挺無語的。

很客觀的評價，就是農家樂的感覺，進門建築就是農家自建房的感覺，1300多兩房確實有點不值。
衞生：不太乾淨，牆壁有污漬，主要是被子不太乾淨，詳見圖。
設施：拖鞋是那種比較廉價的，沒有電梯，要自己提行李，樓梯的風格也是那種農村建築風格，內部裝修相對好些，新中式吧，和圖片差不多，略舊一點。
環境：追求環境的可以考慮其他
服務：老闆娘和阿姨一定是熱情的，但是硬件條件肯定決定了和酒店或者一些不錯民宿的差距，比如晚上看完應夢裡表演回來全是暗的，大門是緊閉的，走進去先要繞過藝術館，黑漆漆的蠻恐怖的，走進民宿也空無一人。。

五星推薦！老闆娘人太好了，很熱情！位置一絕，對面就是蔣氏故居，大家可以把車停這裏再去逛街，我們一開始不知道，還停公共停車場。美術館往裡走，真的超級棒，別有洞天，小花園也特別好，一看就是精心打理。
當天住宿全滿，我們定的套間，帶小狗狗正合適。非常贊。它睡客廳，也不吵不鬧。
早餐很豐盛，肉饅頭忘記拍照了，嘻嘻。貼心
ps，當天由於老闆娘身體抱恙，就沒在這裏用餐，但是老闆娘推薦了鎮上的餐廳，味道和性價比都絕了！
一定推薦朋友都選擇這裏，非常好
如有機會，一定再次入住

坐落在王康樂藝術館內，環境幽靜雅緻，藝術氣息濃郁，坐在陽光裏吃早餐的感覺太好了呀，吃完早飯在酒店後超大的後花園盪了會鞦韆，然後順便去藝術館看了一個畫展，感覺還是蠻好的。
