住了兩天，沒有吃過他的早餐，環境挺好的，房間挺好的，停車方便，值得去住的一個地方，下次去寧波還在那裡，相信讓你去了不會後悔的一個地方。

賓館很好，晚上睡覺有寵物陪伴，小強特別調皮，愛玩，時不時就會爬到床上找你玩，弄得我到凌晨兩點半也無法入睡，期間電話聯繫前台也不能退房。一次非同尋常的體驗。

房間：總體來説臟亂差。一開始入住的房間沒有無線網，前台喊人來修了半天網絡沒有修好，給我們換了個房間，結果第二間房非常的臟亂差，一開始無線網也是連不上，喊人來修了半天才勉強連上，然後電視機也是壞的看不了，主要房間裏面到處都是黴斑，沙發座椅發黴黑的根本坐不了，床上還有污漬，衞生間裏面還有殘留未清理的頭髮和煙頭，洗澡水下水道下不去，溢出了衞生間都漫到了房間裏。
態度：前台小夥子態度很不耐煩，然後上來修網的師傅也是你愛住不住的態度，我們是晚上八點這樣到達賓館的，第二次換房間後我們看着這樣的環境和設施再次商量能不能換，他們就説不能換了衹能這樣，你們愛住不住，不行的話就退房吧（此時已經晚上八點多），我們去哪兒換房間。總之這種環境下加上這個態度沒怎麼休息好，晚上洗澡也是勉強洗了下沒有洗頭（所以很確定衞生間的頭髮不是我的，是上一任住客的），第二天一早趕緊離開了。

酒店設施設備有一定年代了，房型可以，設備老舊，衞生一般，床品衞生説得過去，走廊電梯衞生就堪憂。尤其是洗浴熱水非常不好，一登記入住前台服務員就告知洗澡水要多放一會才有熱水，開始不注意，後來使用才發現洗一次澡要先放掉一噸水才出不算燙的能勉強湊合洗澡的熱水，我們住兩天，早晚回來先放水，白白流走寶貴的冷水很是心疼！可想酒店管理如此差勁，這僅僅是我們一間房的情況。

首先，剛進門就看到前台一副**臉，表現出非常不歡迎客人的樣子，再者上樓之後，房間也並沒有像網上描述的一樣，洗髮水沐浴露，免費礦泉水。有的衹有廁所裏的半杯不明白色液體，看到房間沒有礦泉水去找前台要，得到的衹有在睡覺的前台，也不睜眼睛。就閉着眼説沒有，就不理人了
