設施條件欠了一點，交通還是便利的，離廊橋和它山堰景區很近，挺方便的，附近還有500年的石拱橋。

酒店自身沒有停車場，車可以停在酒店邊上一條小路進去100多米的一個免費停車場裏。酒店衞生設施還算不錯，相比不到200元的房費，性價比高。

酒店比較簡單簡陋，房間瓶裝飲用水太小，經常不夠喝，希望可以多放幾瓶，或者換成大瓶的，衞生打掃比較粗略，有待改進提高。

值得推薦，店員服務態度好，房間乾淨整潔，出行方便，已經多次入住，周邊商場菜場飯店應有盡有，期待再次入住。

酒店大概在鎮中心的樣子，周邊吃飯交通很方便，而且也不貴，還可以點外賣。酒店附近100米有個蠻大的停車場，免費的。雖然房間靠近路邊，但隔音還可以，沒影響到睡覺。物超所值吧。

出差到寧波，第一次入住這個酒店，在小鎮比較繁華的地段，周邊購物吃飯都比較方便，房間還挺大，前台服務也不錯
