the villa and facilities are excellent, breakfast spread was also decent with an option for local vietnamese pho bo. however location is slightly further away from the main attractions like Tam Coc or Mua Caves

Excellent hotel with Villa type rooms. Large rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Property is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping and refreshing pool. I highly recommend.

Coco Island was the perfect location for our Ninh Binh activities. Short bike ride to Mua Hang. Beautiful scooter ride to Bich Dong Pagoda. The villas even had a mascot who I low key named Coco. I loved this little kitty. Hung with us poolside. The rooms were clean with an incredible greenery view. The staff provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a total of 3 nights and it was great. The staff is very helpful, sometimes communication problems because the English wasn't that good. But we managed everything. 😊 They also offer massages, which I can only recommend! They were so good and very affordable. The accommodation is a bit out of the way near rice fields. Depending on the room, it is not completely quiet, as it is still close to the train tracks. You can easily cycle to Tam Coc in 15 minutes. Bikes are provided free of charge. The hotel can help you organize taxis and excursions. I can recommend staying there to everyone, as the accommodation is a good place to stay even when it rains - which apparently can happen quite often in the area.
