避雷勸退的酒店，如果帶孩子，真心不建議住這裏，
酒店房間巨小巨小，住了一晚脖子上不知道被什麼咬的紅腫，早上看到浴巾上竟然有蜘蛛🕷️，完全不可想象，房間的衞生間有特別大的異味
温泉浴場也是很臟，到處都是水垢污漬
重點是：酒店從管理人員到服務人員，
服務態度非常差，對待攜程訂單的客人，態度不好，
服務時幾乎不用日語敬語，房費幾乎近2000元人民幣的酒店，真的是太有失水準了。
我們的情況是日語交流完全無障礙，幾乎旅行過全日本，大大小小的酒店，住過太多家，從沒有遇到過一次這樣的酒店，以及這樣的服務，這次入住大大的增加了眼界，原來酒店管理人員，還可以這麼**，打開眼界呀
來之前打電話詢問單獨加一個小童的早餐➕晚餐費用，説收費500多人民幣，在我們明確的提出不合理意見時，瞭解到單獨小童晚餐是150人民幣，詢問為啥多出這麼多費用時，酒店人員的態度再度惡劣不耐煩。連最基本的解釋都懶得解釋，從未見過這樣的情況。
不是攜程的費用已經交過了，根本不想再入住。
次日清晨，因為酒店人員態度不好，房間有蜘蛛，投訴到管理部門，酒店負責人（秦壽人）出來道歉，各種假模假式的道歉後，以及在瞭解到我們少了一個人沒有去吃早餐和晚餐的情況之下，達成一致不再亂收取費用。
退房後，竟然又讓攜程的工作人員聯絡我，再次要收取500多的費用，對於出爾反爾的這麼不誠信酒店，亂收費沒有標準，欺負攜程來的客人，以及衞生這麼堪憂的酒店，還有入住體驗極差的酒店，真的是避雷吧

在登別算性價比高的酒店，含早餐晚餐，大堂接待大叔和藹可親，門口就有公交車很方便去JR站，温泉有好幾個不同温度的池子。晚餐的品質一般，早餐時間能再晚點結束就更好了。還是推薦的。

位置很好 地獄谷温泉就是濃濃硫磺味 確實很養皮膚
酒店非常有年代，你懂的 酒店燈光昏暗 隔音效果很差 ，剛好地震消息出來，一有撞擊聲就很緊張！
入住的不是團就是日本長者，枴杖那種
不適合帶孩子 很怕撞到他們！
酒店服務很好，都是長者家 尊敬他們服務意識和精神！

老式房間面積大，用鑰匙開門，房間備的是熱水瓶。各類尺寸浴衣齊備，早餐和晚餐都是自助餐，菜品比較多，人也比較多。

酒店缺點就是太老舊了。但是酒店的晚飯自助餐小而精，整體服務也特別細緻。登別這邊的酒店大多都是接旅行團的，這個酒店也不例外，大批旅行團遊客。酒店房間有一股難聞的舊傢俱味道。温泉還不錯，純硫磺温泉。
