We really had enjoyable time in Panbil. We went there for our Anniversary and I wanted to give my hubby a surprise by decorating the room and it was handled very well by their staff, Dian. We communicated, she assisted me so well and managed to get that executed even though on last minute notice. The room was beautiful, they even did the toilet, and the cake too. The view was nice too..We were very very impressed. The location is also close to Panbill Mall, which is ard 1.1km and we took grab for only sgd2 where we went to watch movies and did some shopping. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a huge spread too. Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable and we totally recommend this place 100%.

Had a pleasant stay at Panbil, the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the amenities provided (shared with the hotel) as well as the daily breakfast. Eska Spa is also within the hotel which is very convenient and shuttle bus services are also provided to some shopping centers including Grant Batam mall & Nagoya shopping centre which is very very convenient. Overall, had an enjoyable stay and we will return the next time we are back in Batam!

This is the first time I stay in Panbil Residence serviced apar**ent and I feel very comfortable with the service and the cleanliness of the apar**ent. Highly recommended to stay in Panbil and will be back soon to bring my family since there is an Eco Park close to the apar**ent and they have free shuttle service

Location great if your working place is at Panbil.
No store around for you to visits.
Water pressure is good. Aircond not so great

recently had the pleasure of staying at the luxurious hotel cum service apar**ent, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service.
The room itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Whether it was the city skyline or the lush greenery surrounding the property, every glance out the window was a treat for the eyes.
The hotel cum service apar**ent also offered a range of facilities for guests to enjoy. From a state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool to a relaxing spa and sauna, there was something for everyone.
What truly set this establishment apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any request.
Overall, my experience at the hotel cum service apar**ent was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area. I can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful experience at the Panbil Residence Apar**ent Batam. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. So this was a big plus. The room was comfortable and clean. They have free shuttle bus to 3 major malls.
Breakfast buffet is pretty good.

This is my 2nd time here. At level 16, room come with doors to the cabinet. My previous room on level 6 had no door. This room has more plates and bowls. Still no pot and pan. No c lue how to use the hot plate provided. I missed the lemongrass range of shampoo and shower gel. This room came with normal grade stuff.

Managed to check in early and service was great. Requires deposit of 500,000 RPH per room. Location is near Panbil Mall which has eateries and supermarket. There is a also a small bakery at the lobby which sells buns and pastries. Air-con works well and gets pretty cold. Bathroom has shampoo, body shower, toothbrush, toothpaste and soap bar. TV has channels like HBO, AXN, NHK and CNN. Had a partial electricity trip on the first night while using the hair dryer. Called the reception and the technician was up within 5 mins to assist.
Overall room was great and I would consider this apar**ent for next trip to Batam.

based on room description there was supposed to be an induction stove and microwave... when we came, stove was working but no appliances to heat up food was provided. asked for a microwave and was told it is provided only for long stays. they resorted in the end but the microwave was very dirty so we cleaned it up on our own. better than nothing, we thought. room cleanliness well mantained. small balcony very dusty. bed was lovely and the long pillows was a plus! eska spa outlet is by the pool in the hotel building which was really convenient too.

Panbil Residence Apar**ent is a serviced apar**ent connected to the main 5 star Western Premier Panbil Hotel. Most main amenities are located at the hotel, which is a more bustling area. The residence was well secured given that the Singapore Consulate General in Batam and Panbil Industries' main office was located in the same building.
The residence is superb, quiet and safe. We stayed in a 3 room apar**ent overlooking the magnificent view of the Nature reserve. Amenities such as crockery and a baby cot can be requested upon booking and were in great condition. There was also netflix in the main bedroom.
The residence is located quite a distance away from the main shopping belt, but i do not regret it for the safety and the fridge provided for breast milk storage for baby.
What truly impressed us was the service standard and hospitality of the residence staff. They arranged for a driver whenever we needed one - ferry transfer, getting stuck at the deserted Kepri mall after multiple cancellations by Grab drivers, and even to send my husband's misplaced watch from the residence room to the ferry.
The intercontinental breakfast every morning was wonderful and truly enjoyable.
A great place to relax and unwind for a short holiday. Will stay again when in batam and recommend to anyone who is visiting.
