Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy. Special thanks to the great service at Lounge from Vikas. House keeping staff were very thorough and room was Luxurious and very well maintained. Our stay was very comfortable and nice. I had my aged mother travelling with me. Riya at the front desk gave us a room near the lobby which required minimal walking. She was very attentive to my mother's need. Everyone at the hotel was kind and concerned. Gaurav in the dining area went out of his way to cater to our needs. When my mother was not eating, he asked her the reason and brought her probiotic drink for her indigestion. They gave us tables nearest to the buffet so that my mother didn't have to walk. The swimming instructor at the pool took care of my daughter when she was swimming. Only complaint is the room service - simple orders take upwards of 40-50 minutes. Tea was always cold. Overall a nice stay.

We stayed at The Fern Residency for 4 nights in September 2023.It was a worthwhile experience. Location also very close to the Miramar riverside promenade. Hotel is just 6 minutes from the beach. Our special thanks to Ms Varsha and Mr Kumar at the reception for taking care of the check in via phone as we were arriving late. All formalities were done prior to reaching so we didn't have to wait. Very cordial staff behaviour and they were very helpful. The hotel architecture is very vintage and rooms are furnished with age old teak wood furniture and spanish stone tiles washroom amenities though are very up-to-date and good functioning.Typical Portuguese decor. A haven for culture loving people. Special thanks to Mr Ravi and the restaurant staff for providing very tasty yet super quality food.
