What can I say, absolutely terrible 'hofel' if thats what you can call it. Its more of a half way hostel simply plucked from medieval England and placed somewhere on the A1 South outside Baldock. Bed very uncomfortable, WiFi didn't work, facilities non existent. After reading a sign in the kitchen stating tea and coffee was available from reception I went and spoke to the Manager who advised me tea and coffee was not allowed 'in the Lodge'... Wow... Being a Hotel Manager myself I can tell you it costs around 1p each for a teabag and UHT milk portion, meaning practically I could not have a cup of tea for 2p..... Mind Blowing, and the first time EVER refused such basic facilities. I was so embarrassed I just left. If you're reading this I hope it was worth it, also grow up and apologize when you make a mistake, giving Great customer service is not easy but you fail at even the most basic of requests, pathetic.
