"I was located to room 201 which is right next to the lift . It was a very noisey room, every min or 2 mins can hear the lift sound . While I was making the booking I wrote in the booking comment to not locate me next to the lift . Any when when I checked out and kindly advise to the check out staff that the room was very noisy . The staff just said everything had been paid for . Not happy at all with my staying . Not even a free coffee was offered at the bar for a comfort drink ."

I show cockroaches coming through the gaps on the walls. Specially the noise from the doors and air-conditioning need to be replaced.
