After visiting this hotel, I had a mixture of emotions because I saw spacious and clean rooms and apathetic and rude staff. I have list of comments about hotel staff. First of all, I would like to highlight the very strange habit of the staff to enter the room without knocking. I was in a state of shocking when the door of the room opened and the housekeeper entered without first knocking. Second, hotel workers don't follow covid-19 protocol, and I can illustrate this with a specific example. Next to hotel's elevators posted papers stating that because of pandemic situation, no more than two people can be in the elevator at the same time. Despite this rule, three hotel employees entered the elevator while my family and I were there. When I pointed out on this rule, they just told me that this rule is not for employees. Really? I don't think so! I was really disappointed this situation. Definitely, the hotel staff should not have broken the rules. Next, the employee in the restaurant did not react to my request. It is clear that the staff should work more efficiently and professionally. Despite many mistakes by the staff, the room and pool were pretty good. In addition, the location is great.

I would to tel about my trawling in nowosebirsk. When I flew to Novosibirsk, I stayed at the Hilton Hotel. Since it wasn't me who paid for it, I chose a small but very nice room. Novosibirsk is a very gloomy city, its streets reek of poverty and danger. The hotel, on the other hand, was the exact opposite of that. The service, food, and cleanliness were good.The hotel has underground parking, which came in handy because we had a car we were given at work. And since February in Novosibirsk is a very cold winter, we did not want to park the car outside. The hotel has meeting rooms, which was very much to the point because we could make appointments right at the hotel in the morning, which saved us a lot of time. The hotel is centrally located and it is very convenient logistically. Novosibirsk is divided into two halves by the river, and luckily we only drove on the half where the hotel was located After my friend and I had been working all week, we had one free day that we spent entirely at the hotel. This allowed us to rest before flying back to Moscow.

First of all, it is time to change the name in the app - ParkInn left Russia, now it is the hotel Cosmos (not confused with Space in Moscow!). Second, the requirements of 4* this hotel is not in line with the trimmings - there is no swimming pool, there are no chairs in the room, etc. But all this is the trimmings in comparison to quality. It is high. My room was not very large but quite comfortable. Sound isolation at the level, neighbors are not heard. Breakfast ”Swedish table” is very abundant and a big choice. Kitchen is generally excellent. I advise you to try local beer at a restaurant at the hotel (it is only one manufacturer there). The only two unpleasant little things are first, towels. They are old and very twisted (see photo). Second, there is no Save Channel on TV, although it is a federal channel. Apparently, this is the principle position of the hotel network.

Stopped in the 4th local standard room on the 23rd floor at the beginning of May 2023. Plus: 1. Successful location of the hotel right on Garina-Mikhaylovski Square, in step-by-step access from the railway station and the corresponding metro station. Taxi to the airport at morning time is 40 minutes. 2. A spacious room of two rooms, good 2x bed 3. All clean. There is a special mirror for shaving and shaving items. 4. You have to go deep in the top clothes to get off. 3. The room bathroom is not fixed on the crane. 4. Hotel staff didn't go to the meeting twice. In their first trip we arrived shortly before midnight and left at 7 a.m. At the same time paid for a whole day, no discount we did. Second point: breakfast starts at 7-00, we hurried to the airport and asked by phone to prepare lunch boxes in advance, for early departure.
