Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had reservations in a nearby restaurant and wanted to be close. Overall, the hotel stay was fine. Quiet and mostly clean. There was a bit of dried up food on the TV stand that I wiped down myself. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating but came off a bit “cold” as if helping me was a chore. The Starbucks lady(staff) was overwhelmed. She was the only person taking orders and ringing up customers. I wish that everyone can simply be kind and cordial or choose not to work in customer service.

Beautiful, natural setting. We were looking for a retreat center to host a couples' retreat. The Hyatt Lodge was recommended. Could not have asked for a better setting. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended to our every question and need. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean, and the banquet food was good. Also had a few meals at the restaurants, which were good.

Will and Joshua at the concierge, front desk was phenomenal with their customer service. One of the reasons I stay here is because of the customer service and the quality of the rooms. For example, Joshua went out of his way to show me where to find the vending machine, and he previously filled my bucket with ice. I’ve stayed in hotels from Egypt to London and never had no one to fill my ice bucket. On of the rooms AC was a little noisy that normal and so Will was able to change out the room in a matter of minutes. Thanks Will’s and Joshua for your excellent customer service and professionalism Chris

The staff at this hotel was exemplary. I was greeted with smiles every day and everyone seemed to go out of their way to assure guests had a quality experience. I remember Ruby in particular who was so kind. I offered to share my praise with her leadership and she insisted she was simply doing her job. This also appears to be a pet friendly hotel as there were a lot of dogs during my stay. At no point did I hear any barking while in my room or any disruption of any kind. Whatever they're doing to make business travelers like me and folks with pets feel welcome is working.
