Hotel Habicher Hof 4-Sterne-Superior

The Habicher Hof is an extraordinary place with a special offer and loving hosts. A place for heart and soul with people who work with heart and soul and pamper you all round. There is a special spirit that touches you and accompanies you in yoga, mantra chanting, sauna infusions, spa trea**ents and encounters in the house. We felt very comfortable & went home with the certainty that we had found an oasis to which we will return with great pleasure.

The room was brand new and very nice. The spa is also very luxurious and you can relax wonderfully. The host family was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately, the gastronomic concept did not convince us. The food was bland and not fresh and unfortunately really below average. The quality and the service are not enough at this price. In general, I see the problem in the lack of management of the staff. The staff in the catering area is not very efficient and there are probably no rules or procedures, so they are overwhelmed and there is no check as to whether the quality (kitchen, buffet) is consistently maintained. I think it's a shame that you save there, because otherwise everything fits.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! We were there for Chris**as dinner on December 24th (Chris**as Eve). At first we were surprised that we weren't asked for our vaccination certificates or a current test. We then opted for a 3-course meal. The disaster began when the starter was served before drinks or the greeting from the kitchen. While we were eating, which tasted out of all proportion to the price and the 4 S stars, the rolls aka the greeting from the kitchen were served on a baking tray. Without butter or creams, of course. Just a dry roll. Unfortunately, we had to send back part of the main course, which came immediately after the starter, because the dishes were cold and the edges of the plates were very dirty. The chef is probably not familiar with the seasoning "salt". Medium-rare in this house probably means completely dry and well-done. Unfortunately, a discreet complaint (outside the restaurant to the restaurant manager) had no effect or efforts to improve the situation. The dessert came immediately after the main course, without dessert spoons. These had to be reordered. Meanwhile, the waiters were very busy with private, apparently amusing conversations and sometimes arguments. At a volume that was practically impossible for the guests to ignore. As an apology for this failed Chris**as Eve, we were offered an espresso or a watery Aperol Spritz. However, the espresso was first served to the table next to us, who had just ordered the starter. In the end, we were charged the full price of the menu and as an apology, the bottle of wine only cost €41 instead of €82. Unfortunately, locals only told us afterwards that this restaurant is completely avoided by locals. In our experience, this is completely understandable. With this review, we hope to save others from a similar disappoin**ent.

Super hotel, very friendly staff, excellent cuisine, spacious and very comfortable rooms, very beautiful Wellness with a plus for the gentleman who does the "Aufguss" at 5 p.m. (not to be missed)

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit super freundlichen Servicepersonal. Wir waren drei Nächte im Habicher Hof und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen und das Zimmer waren perfekt. Die Gartenanlage lädt zum verweilen ein und der Pool war phantastisch. Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus. Alles neu renoviert. Toller SPA Bereich, moderne Zimmer. An der stilvollen Bar in der Lobby gibt es leckere Cocktails und einen Begrüßungsdrink. Des Der Sauna- und Dampfbadaufguss sowie das tägliche 5-Gänge Menü waren ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die Gänge könnten allerdings etwas langsamer serviert werden. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man spürt förmlich die gute Stimmung im Familienbetrieb. Wenn es denn etwas zu bemängeln gibt, war es der Platz in den Ruheräumen. Die tollen Liegemöglichkeiten waren permanent belegt oder mit Handtüchern reserviert. Am Abreisetag werden für den Spa Bereich leider 25€ fällig. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein kleineres Skigebiet ist direkt nebenan, nach Sölden fährt man eine gute halbe Stunde.
