I only gave a 4/5 for service bc housekeeping never cleaned our room. I saw some people had door signs but we never had one so maybe that's why. Wasn't a big deal , we just stopped someone and got our own towels and we were ok for the most part. The linens could have been a bit more clean but besides that it was good. The ceiling in the room was peeling and in the bathroom. Overall, still a decent hotel, location was great. We did not use amenities, besides the pool .
