this was our second trip my first trip was last year in the same hotel and it was the best three years we had spent in any hotel we loved the hotel and everything from service to food location everything but this time we were treated horribly at the reception the perrsonal at the reception was the worst a hotel should have as the first contact first of all they gave us seperate bed to a couple and wheen we asked the beds to be joined the reception personal after half an hour waiting for somebdy to come and join the beds told us and that too in the worst possible way that the housekeeping will come when they have time the worst experience anybdy can have in t¡a hotel where u have booked a second time for the treatment u have had earlier i will not recommend anybdy to book this hotel i dont know it was because we booked through trip .com because they treated us real badi am really hurt by the treatment given by the reception staff to a paying client "

"perfect service, valet parking for no extra charge, nice huge rooms, got an upgrade to ocean view room, the only negative part was the mattress (very firm), but we got a topper the next day and were fine anew, wonderful breakfast with egg menu, got a very relaxing massage in the spa, loved the indoor pool, outside pool was not heated in January (to few clients), that was our 3rd stay and we always loved the hotel"

"El apartamento, el trato y la limpieza muy bien, pero de lo demás no puedo hablar tan bien.
Es diciembre y el único bar abierto no puede ser en el exterior cuando hace frío, ni tener que recorrerte medio hotel desde la sala de estar para pedir una consumición. Y lo nunca visto: a pesar de ser pocos huéspedes y la mayoría de la tercera edad, se terminó la cerveza de barril. No había ni en el comedor ni el el bar, ni tenían barriles de reserva. Menos mal que después les permitieron servir de botella en su lugar. Tampoco daban agua embotellada para llevar a la habitación. El gimnasio bastante equipado para ser de un hotel, pero ¿dónde se ha visto un gimnasio dónde no haya agua para beber? La única máquina de agua que había estaba estropeada. Tampoco había toallas. Las comidas con poca variedad y muy repetitivas, pero de bastante calidad. En la habitación del apartamento no había ningún enchufe libre para cargar el móvil. Uno que había escondido detrás de una de las mesillas de noche no funcionaba. Creo que no volveremos."

DDiogo JohnUpon arriving at the hotel, I was well looked after, we were able to check in more than 1 hour in advance, which was great given the tiredness of the trip. The bed is very comfortable and large, for those who like space it is perfect. The shower could be a little better, little water comes out and it is a small shower, but efficient for a shower. The breakfast was very good, with several options for breakfast. Regarding the location, there are no restaurant options around, you have to go to Oura or Abufeira center, there you will find more options for lunch or dinner. The hotel bar is good, it has several drink options for those who want to stay at the hotel for a while, it's worth trying.

GGuest UserWe had the most wonderful stay at Patio Suite Hotel!! The staff were all lovely and were so accommodating! Highly recommend going all inclusive, such good value for money and the food was great (including a few vegetarian options). It was easy to get the shuttle to and from the beach. Although would suggest getting an Uber (they are quite cheap and there are plenty) to other nearby beaches if you fancy something different (and a little less busy)!

Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.
